Independent claims are included for: (1) A mixture containing (i) at least one isocyanate and (ii) at least one acid and/or non-anhydride acid derivative, in which (ii) is present in amount 0.01-20 wt.% on the wt. of mixture, and the acid groups or derivative groups of (ii) are present in molar excess to the amines optionally present in the mixture; (2) A polyisocyanate-polyaddition product obtainable as above.
