Abstract: Dispersiones acuosas de polímeros hidrosolubles constituidos de monómeros aniónicos con insaturación etilénica que se pueden obtener por polimerización homolítica de los monómeros en un medio acuoso en presencia al menos de un estabilizador, caracterizadas por que se realiza la polimerización en presencia al menos de un polímero hidrosol de los siguientes grupos: (a) polímeros de injerto de acetato de vinilo y/o de propionato de vinilo sobre polietilenglicoles, polietilenglicoles con grupos terminales bloqueados sobre uno o los dos lados por grupos alquilo, carboxilo o amino y/o copolímeros de metacrilatos - glicoles alquilpolialquileno y ácido metracrílico, y al menos de un polímero hidrosoluble elegido entre (b) copolímeros hidrolizados de vinilalquiléteres y anhídrido de ácido maleico en forma de grupos carboxilo libres y en forma de sales neutralizadas al menos parcialmente por hidróxidos de metales alcalinos o bases de amonio, y/o de un almidón hidrosoluble del grupo del almidón de patata, almidón de patata degradado y maltodextrina, como estabilizador.
