    Abstract: A description is given of a novel panchromatic electrophotographic recording element, which exhibits an electrically conductive base and at least one photoconductive coating. In this case, the photoconductive coating contains at least one binder, compounds or sensitisers generating a plurality of charge carriers, at least one compound (photoconductor) transporting charge carriers as well as, where appropriate, additives. The sensitisers themselves are Victoria Blue FB (C.I. 44045), Crystal Violet FN (C.I. 42555), Rhodamin FB (C.I. 45170), Astrazon Orange R (C.I. 48040) and/or Astrazon Orange G (C.I. 48035), which are used together with naphtholactam dyes and/or isoindolenine dyes.     Abstract: Un proceso para preparar un sistema de polímero de color, que está compuesto de una matriz y unas partículas de polímero discretas distribuidas de acuerdo con una estructura de red espacial definida en la matriz, y que se obtiene al laminar un polímero de emulsión con una estructura de núcleo/corteza, que comprende - utilizar un polímero de emulsión obtenible al - polimerizar monómeros en al menos una primera etapa (monómeros de núcleo), - luego polimerizar los monómeros en al menos una segunda etapa adicional (etapa de transición), y - finalmente polimerizar los monómeros en una tercera etapa (monómeros de corteza), en donde, basado en el porcentaje de constitución de la mezclas de monómero de las tres etapas, a lo sumo el 30% en peso de los monómeros de la primera etapa son idénticos a aquellos de la tercera etapa, y el 5% de los monómeros de la segunda etapa son idénticos con, respectivamente, aquellos de la primera y aquellos de la tercera etapa, y no más del 60% en peso de los monómeros de la segunda etapa aquí son monómeros ausentasen la primera etapa y también ausentes en la tercera etapa.
