    Abstract: Solid pigment preparation comprises coloring component (45-90 wt.%) containing at least a pigment (5-100 wt.%) and at least a filler (0-95 wt.%), which does not have color on its own; at least a water-soluble surface-active additive from an additive containing alkylene oxide group (5 wt.%) and alkyl-oxide group; and an oxidation protective agent (0.1-5 wt.%). Independent claims are included for: (1) a method for the preparation of the solid pigment preparation comprising wet-grinding the pigment, oxidation protective agent and a portion of additive, present in an aqueous suspension, optionally adding filler before or after the wet-grinding process and optionally drying the suspension after adding the remaining quantity of the additive; (2) a method for dyeing high-molecular organic or inorganic materials comprising dyeing the material using the solid pigment preparation by stirring or agitation process; and (3) a method for dyeing plastics comprising incorporating the pigment preparation into the plastic by extruding-, rolling-, kneading- or grinding- process.
