Method for impregnating lignocellulosic material with effect agents, comprises impregnating the lignocellulosic material with a fluid formation, which contains at least one effect agent in a dissolved or dispersed form; impregnating the material with a hardenable aqueous composition, which contains at least one cross-linkable compound; and treating the material obtained at an elevated temperature. Method for impregnating lignocellulosic material with effect agents, comprises impregnating the lignocellulosic material with a fluid formation, which contains at least one effect agent in a dissolved or dispersed form; impregnating the material with a hardenable aqueous composition, which contains at least one cross-linkable compound such as low-molecular weight compounds (V), having at least two N-bonded groups of formula (CH2OR) and/or one 1,2-bishydroxyethane-1,2-diyl group, bridging two nitrogen atoms, precondensates the compound (V), and reaction products or mixtures of the compound (V) with at least one alcohol such as 1-6C alkanols, 2-6C polyols and oligoalkylene glycols; and treating the material obtained at an elevated temperature. La presente invencion se refiere a un procedimiento para la impregnacion de materiales de lignocelulosa, en particular de madera o productos derivados de madera o de materiales para la preparacion de productos derivados de madera, con sustancias de efecto. La invencion tambien se refiere a composiciones novedosas que comprenden sustancias de efecto. El procedimiento comprende las siguientes etapas: a) impregnar el material de lignocelulosa con una preparacion liquida que comprende por lo menos una sustancia de efecto en forma disuelta o dispersada, y b) durante o subsiguientemente a la etapa a), impregnar con una composicion acuosa curable que comprende por lo menos un compuesto reticulable elegido de () compuestos V de bajo peso molecular que exhiben por lo menos dos grupos enlazados a N de la formula CH2OR, en donde R es hidrogeno o alquilo C1-C4, y/o un grupo 1,2-bishidroxietan-1,2-diilo que puentea dos atomos de nitrogeno, () precondensados de compuesto V y () productos de reaccion o mezclas de compuestos V con por lo menos un alcohol el cual es seleccionado de alcanoles C1-C8, polioles C2-C8, y oligoalquilen glicoles y c) tratar el material obtenida en la etapa b) a temperatura elevada.

The method involves impregnating wood, wood material or a material for manufacturing a wood material with a hardenable aqueous composition, which contains at least one cross-linkable compound, selected from low-molecular weight compounds V, having at least two N-bonded groups of formula CH 2OH, where R = hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl, or one 1,2-bishydroxyethan-1,2-diyl group, bridging two nitrogen atoms. The method then involves precondensates of the compound V and reaction products or mixtures of the compound V with at least one alcohol, selected from C1-C6 alkanols, C2-C6 polyols and oligoalkylene glycols. Then method involves treating the obtained material at an elevated temperature and, optionally, transforming said material into a wood material and treating at least one surface of the wood or wood material to be treated with a surface treatment agent and, optionally, drying the treated surface in a manner known per se. An independent claim is also included for the surface treatment.

El metodo comprende las etapas siguientes: a) impregnacion de madera, material basado en madera o materiales de madera para produccion de un material basado en madera con una composicion acuosa curable que comprende por lo menos un compuesto reticulable el cual se selecciona de a) compuestos V de bajo peso molecular que tienen por lo menos dos grupos enlazados a N de la formula CH2OR, en donde R es hidrogeno o alquilo C1-C4, y/o un grupo 1,2-bishidroxietan-1,2-diilo que puentea dos atomos de nitrogeno, ??) precondensados del compuesto V y ?) productos de relacion o mezclas de compuesto V con por lo menos un alcohol el cual es seleccionado de alcanoles C1-C8, polioles C2-C8, y oligoalquilen glicoles; b) tratamiento del material obtenido en la etapa A) a temperatura elevada y, si fuera apropiado, un procedimiento adicional para producir un material basado en madera y c) tratamiento de por lo menos una superficie de madera o material basado en madera a ser tratado con una composicion de tratamiento de superficie y, si fuera apropiado, secar la superficie tratada de una manera conocida por si misma.

Use of aqueous wax dispersions of waxes or wax- like polymers with a melting point of more than 75[deg]C, where the dispersed wax particles have an average size of less than 500 nm, for impregnation of lignocellulose materials. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a method for hydrophobicizing lignocellulose materials, comprising impregnating the lignocellulose material with an aqueous wax composition containing at least an aqueous dispersion of waxes or wax-like polymers; (2) impregnated lignocellulose material, obtained by the above method; and (3) aqueous wax dispersions of waxes or wax- like polymers.
