    Abstract: A composite is composed of at least one first molding and one second molding, where the first molding and the second molding have been immovably bonded to one another via at least one partial region of one surface alpha of the first molding and of one surface beta of the second molding, via a welded region, and where, based on the first molding, at least 50% by weight of the first molding is composed of a molding composition comprising:A) from 5 to 99% by weight of a polyester,B) from 1 to 95% by weight of a fibrous filler pretreated with an aminosilane compound and with an epoxy polymer,C) from 0 to 30% by weight of an elastomeric polymer, andD) from 0 to 40% by weight of other additives,where the total of the percentages by weight of components A) to D) is 100%.Laminates made from these composites, and products produced therefrom and recycled materials obtained therefrom, are described, as is the use of all of these, in particular in automotive construction.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a composite material that consists of at least one first molded part and one second molded part. Said first molded part and sai d second molded part are rigidly linked with each other across at least a partial section with a surface .alpha. of the first molded part and a surfac e .beta. of the second molded part by means of a welded zone. At least the fir st molded part consists by at least 50 % by weight, based on the first molded part, of a molding compound that contains: A) 5 to 99 % by weight of a polyester, B) 1 to 95 % by weight of a fibrous filler that is treated with a n aminosilane compound and an epoxypolymer, C) 0 to 30 % by weight of a rubber - elastic polymer, D) 0 to 40 % by weight of further additives, the weight percentages of components A) to D) adding up 100 %. The invention also relat es to laminates that consist of said composites and to structures and recycled products obtained thereof and to the use of all these products, especially i n the manufacture of automobiles.

    Abstract: HEAT-CURABLE COMPOSITIONS WHICH ARE STORAGE-STABLE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE AND ARE BASED ON COMPOUNDS HAVING REACTIVE-HYDROGEN ATOMS AND POLYISOCYANATES _ of the Invention The invention relates to compositions which are storage-stable at room temperature and which can be heat--cured to form molded parts having polyurethane, polyurea, and polyisocyanurate groups, said composition containing (a) one or more polyols having a molecular weight of from 400 to 10,000 and a functionality of from 2 to 8, (b) at least one polyfunctional compound having a molecular weight of 62 to 400 and being selected from the group consisting of aliphatic hydroxyl compound, cycloaliphatic hydroxyl compounds, aromatic amino compounds, or mixtures thereof, and (c) an organic polyisocyanate which is present in the form of discreet particles, which are deactivated on their surfaces and are dispersed in the liquid component, and depending on the product needs, (d) catalysts, (e) blowing agents, (f) reinforcing materials, and (g) auxiliaries and additives. The single-component systems are used for the preparation of cellular or noncellular, optionally reinforced polyurethane, polyurea, and/or polyisocyanurate group-containing molded parts.
