    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for the production of n-substit uted (3-dihalomethyl-1-methyl-pyrazole-4-YL) carboxamides of the formula (I) , wherein R1 stands for optionally substituted phenyl or C3-C7-cycloalkyl, R 1a stands for hydrogen or fluorine, or R1a together with R1 stands for optio nally substitutedC3-C5-alkyandiyl or C5-C7-cycloalkandiyl, R2 stands for C1- C6-alkyl, C2-C6-alkenyl, C2-C6-alkinyl or C1-C4-alkoxy-C1-C2-alkyl, X stands for F or Cl, and n stands for 0, 1, 2, or 3, said method comprising A) prov iding a compound of the formula (II), wherein X stands for F or Cl, Y for Cl or Br, and R2 has one of the above-mentioned meanings, and B) the reaction of a compound of the formula (II) with carbon monoxide and a compound of the formula (III), wherein R1, R1a and n have one of the above-mentioned meanin gs; in the presence of a palladium catalyst; the intermediate products used for the production according to the inventive method; and methods for the pr oduction thereof.

    Abstract: Proceso continuo para producir neral de la fórmula (I)**Fórmula** en forma pura con un contenido de neral mayor o igual a 95% en peso, respecto de la cantidad total, mediante separación por destilación de neral a partir de mezclas de sustancias que contienen neral y geranial de la fórmula (II)**Fórmula** en cuyo caso la separación por destilación se realiza en una columna de pared divisoria o en una interconexión de dos columnas de destilación en forma de un acoplamiento térmico con 80 hasta 200 platos teóricos y uno o varios sitios de extracción lateral a una presión absoluta de operación de 5 hasta 200 mbar, caracterizado porque se emplea una mezcla de sustancias que está compuesta en 30 hasta 70 % en peso de neral, en 70 hasta 30 % en peso de geranial y en 0 hasta 5 % en peso de otros componentes, en cuyo caso los datos porcentuales suman 100% en peso.
