    Abstract: Le domaine général de l'invention est celui des vidéoendoscopes pour usage médical ou industriel. Le vidéoendoscope selon l'invention possède une tête optique bispectrale (1) comprenant une microcaméra (3, 11), des moyens d'éclairage en lumière blanche (40) et en lumière de fluorescence (41). La tête optique est reliée par des connecteurs électriques et optiques (31, 32, 33) appropriés aux autres éléments du vidéoendoscope (21, 22, 23). Préférentiellement, elle comporte des éléments standards à bas coût et est conditionnée dans un emballage stérile à usage unique. Il existe différents modes de réalisation possibles selon que la tête optique comporte un seul capteur ou deux capteurs, selon que le dispositif fonctionne en mode continu ou en mode séquentiel et selon enfin, que les sources de lumière sont incorporées dans la tête optique ou externes, la lumière étant acheminée alors au moyen de fibres optiques.

    Abstract: The inventive optical device for measuring the thickness of a medium which is at least partially transparent for an incident beam and covers a second medium comprises a laser for generating the light incident beam in such a way that a beam reflected by the first medium surface and a beam scattered by the second medium surface are formed. The device comprises a photosensitive linear array for detecting the reflected beam and the scattered beam and a processing circuit which is connected to the linear array and enables to measure a space between the reflected beam and the scattered beam and to determine the thickness of the first medium according to the measured space. The processing circuit determines a distance between the linear array and the surface of the second medium from the position of at least one beam and corrects the valve of the thickness of the first medium according to the distance.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a device for measuring fluorescence at a plurality of zones to be monitored. The inventive device comprises: a light source (8) which is disposed opposite a lateral face of a support (1), such as to create an evanescent wave (8) on the front face of the support; and a detector (18) which is used to detect the light emitted by the zones to be monitored. The aforementioned support (1) comprises a plurality of waveguides which are each disposed under an associated zone. Moreover, each of said waveguides comprises a light inlet which is disposed opposite the light source (8). The light source (8) forms a plurality of independent light channels (9) which each illuminate a single light inlet. Furthermore, each waveguide comprises a light outlet which is disposed on the lateral face of the above-mentioned support (1), opposite the face comprising the light inlets. According to the invention, an excitation-power-measuring system is disposed opposite the light outlets.
