Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability about a method that undocks an optional number of stages structure from a multistage dock structure docking a plurality of expanding devices having respective inherent resources to a portable PC body. SOLUTION: For instance, when only the portable PC body 11 is undocked from a three-stage dock structure in which 1st and 2nd expanding devices 31 and 41 are docked with the portable PC body 11, the device 31 is made to generate an undock event. An IDE device 32 held by the device 31 and a PCI device 42 held by the device 41 are released from the control of an operating system at occurrence of a undock event as turning point, and their interfaces are also electrically separated. Operability is improved because an object to be undocked can be grasped in a unified way by both sense of sight and operation.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power controller capable of easily properly controlling supply of a plurality of voltages whose supply order is predetermined in a standard of each LSI used in an information processor such as a personal computer. SOLUTION: This electric power controller controlling a power unit supplying the plurality of voltages different from each other has: a state register part storing a state value corresponding to combination of the voltages supplied by the power unit among the plurality of voltages; a standard clock oscillation part oscillating a standard clock; a state value-changing combination circuit transiting the state value to a state value corresponding to the combination of the voltages of a change destination by sequentially changing the state value according to the standard clock in the predetermined order when acquiring a change direction for changing the combination of the voltages supplied by the power unit; and an output part making the power unit supply the combination of the voltages corresponding to the state value sequentially changed by the state value-changing combination circuit. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer device capable of suppressing power consumption. SOLUTION: In a notebook-sized PC, prescribed voltage is outputted from the OUT of a DC/DC 64 so that power can be supplied to an internal device 101 and a card bus slot 23 to which a PC card is connected, and a part of the outputted voltage is fed back from an FB to the DC/DC 64 so that whether or not the voltage is correctly outputted can be checked. Then, when the connection of the PC card to the card bus slot 23 is detected by a detecting circuit 100, the voltage to be fed back to the FB of the DC/DC 64 is decreased by a resistance R 3 , and the voltage higher than that in the other case is outputted from the DC/DC 64.
