Abstract: The arrangement has a semiconductor body (1) with an integrated circuit and two pins (11, 12) on an upper surface of the body to transfer signals. Another body (2) has a charge storage made using trench technology and two contact points (14, 15) provided on the surface of the body (2) to transfer the charge to the circuit. The upper surfaces face each other and the points are connected to respective pins by a common lamination. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a method of manufacturing a high frequency arrangement (B) use of a high frequency arrangement in a data medium.

Abstract: The invention discloses a sigma-delta converter arrangement with a forward path including an amplifier and a quantizer with a clock input, and a feedback path with a D/A converter. The amplifier is coupled to an integrator which is in the form of a resonator with a tunable frequency and is actuated by a frequency synthesizer that also prescribes the clock rate of the quantizer. The synchronization between the quantizer and resonator results in highly accurate matching given inexpensive integratabiliy, which means that the sigma-delta converter is suitable for use in mobile radios, for example.

Abstract: The oscillator arrangement (1) includes a resonance loop (2) for generating a signal with a resonant frequency. An amplifier (3) is coupled to the resonance loop to remove damping from the loop. A variable capacitance arrangement (4) is coupled to the resonance loop (2) and this is set to a capacitance dependent on a sound or acoustic wave incident on the arrangement (4). Abstract: To keep the power consumption in the modulator-demodulator of a mobile radio as low as possible, the modulator-demodulator has a voltage-controlled oscillator. Downstream of which a divider chain having a plurality of series-connected dividers each with an even-numbered division factor is connected. Each of the dividers produces a carrier signal and a carrier signal that is orthogonal with respect thereto. A quadrature modulator for the received signal is connected to a divider of the divider chain that produces the carrier signal at the required carrier frequency. In addition, a first vector modulator is provided whose mixers are connected to the dividers of the divider chain that produce the carrier signals at the required carrier frequencies. Connected downstream of the first vector modulator is a further divider with an even-numbered division factor, and connected downstream of this is a second vector modulator for producing a transmitted signal.
