SOLUTION: This compressor is constituted so that: an intake connecting pipe 15 is protruded into a sealed container 3 so that an opening 19 in the sealed container 3 of the intake connecting pipe 15 is located above a lower side 2 of a container and an installation portion 18 of the intake connecting pipe 15; an intake port 17 of a silencer 12 is provided at the same height of or above the opening 19; and the inlet port 17 of the silencer 12 is located ahead a opening direction of the opening 19 of the intake connection pipe 15.

SOLUTION: By providing a main pipe 22, communication pipe 21 and tail pipe 19 whose mutual opening ends are adjacently arranged in a chamber 20, arranging a lateral partition plate 24 having an opening 23 in the horizontal direction of the chamber 20 while inserting the main pipe 22 and arranging an oil hole 27 having the length of the wall thickness or more of the chamber 20 on the bottom of a lower chamber 25, a fluid loss is reduced and by attenuating the pressure pulse by the anti-resonance action of the lower chamber 25, the suction efficiency and silence characteristic of a muffler 17 can be improved.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To damp transmitting pulsation while suppressing costs by drilling a hole at least one side of an intake connecting pipe and a communication element in a sealed container. SOLUTION: In a muffler 4 formed as a noise eliminating element, an inserting pipe 5 and a connecting tool 7 are arranged as a communicating element, and a hole 8 is drilled on an intake connecting pipe 6. Pulsation generated by a compression element 2 is transmitted from a muffler 4 into the inserting pipe 5, the connecting tool 7, and the intake connecting pipe 6, and is released in an sealed container 1 through the hole 8. It is thus possible to damp the pulsation, it is possible to reduce excitation force of a low pressure piping in a refrigerating cycle, and it is thus possible to reduce noise. Everywhere the hole can be drilled on a side surface part of the intake connecting pipe 6, and a releasing direction is can be set in any direction. Same effects are obtained in the case of the connecting tool 7, and in the case of the inserting pipe 5 as the communicating element.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a vibration and a noise which are directly transferred from a compressing element to a sealed container by fixing the compressing element to a stator and the stator to the sealed container. SOLUTION: A leg part 15 integrated with a bearing 16 is fixed to a stator above an oil 10 with bolts 17, and the stator is fixed to a sealed container at a position above the leg part 15 by spot welding 18. In this structure, a sliding noise of a crank shaft generated during the operation and vibration generated in a compression chamber 12 are transferred from a cylinder 11 to the stator through the leg part 15 of the bearing 16, and through the inside of the stator to the sealed container by the spot welding 18, and therefore the transferring path of the vibration can be longer. In addition, because the stator made with piled thin steel plates transfers the vibration through contacting points between any adjacent steel plates, the vibration is greatly reduced. Therefore, vibration transferring from a compressing element to the sealed container is reduced, and the noise is reduced.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce coolant gas volume leaking from a clearance in a cylinder bore by loosely-fitting a tetrafluoroethylene resin piston ring into a groove which is provided at the outer periphery of a piston freely. CONSTITUTION:A piston 20 which is made of aluminum material and reciprocates inside a cylinder bore 17a with the rotation of a crank shaft 8 through a connecting rod 9 is provided with a groove 20a equipped with two pairs of piston rings 21 made of material whose main element is tetrafluoroethylene resin on its outer periphery. The piston ring 21 is guided to the groove 20a in a clearance between the piston 20 and the cylinder bore 17a so that the piston 20 may not be brought into contact with the cylinder bore 17a during moving. Moreover, a diametrical clearance between the piston and the cylinder bore is set at 1/100-1/300 time as wide as the diameter of the piston. Therefore, it is possible to obtain stable cooling performance even when leaking loss increases due to pressure ratio increase at the time of replacing coolant CFC12, which is generally used, with HFC134a.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the sliding loss of a crankshaft and obtain a higher effi ciency by providing an axial direction hole off-center in the axial direction of an eccentric part to the axis of a main shaft part, near the eccentric part of the main shaft. CONSTITUTION:A crankshaft 13 is formed of an eccentric part 14 and a main shaft part 15. An axial directional hole 16 off-center in the axial direction of the eccentric part 14 to the axis of the main shaft part 15 is provided near the eccentric part 14 of the main shaft 15. The unbalance component generated by centrifugal force from the eccentric part 14 and a roller 6 is reduced by the opposite directional force generated by the hole 16 off-center in the eccentric part 14 axial direction. As a main weight and a sub-weight can be lightened, the bending moment acting on the crankshaft 13 is reduced, and the diameter of the main shaft part 15 can be reduced. Hence, the sliding loss of the crank shaft is reduced to obtain a higher efficiency.
