CONSTITUTION: A heat insulation box 1 is partitioned to a cold storage chamber 4 at an upper stage, a freezing chamber 5 at an intermediate stage and a vegetable chamber 6 at a lower stage by heat insulation partition walls 3, 25, a return passage 26 for the storage chamber opened at one side with the chamber 4 and at the other with the chamber 6 is formed at the wall 2, and a cold gap trap 27 is formed at a communicating part of the passage 26 with a branch passage 23.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To permit the production of ice, high in transparency and not containing impurities, quickly by a method wherein a feed water tank, defined by a heat insulating layer and equipped with a heater as well as a water temper ature sensor, an oscillator oscillating the feed water tank, and a water reserving pan reserving water from the feed water tank, are provided in one division of a refrigerating chamber. CONSTITUTION:The predetermined amount of water in a feed water tank 36, which is maintained in a condition immediately before freezing by a water temperature sensor 63, a heater 62 and an oscillator 65, is supplied into an ice making pan 16 through a water reserving pan 39 and a water supplying tube. One directional freezing effect from the surface of water downward by cold air in a freezing chamber is effected by the heat insulating effect of a heat insulating tank 9 and heating effect from a lower surface by the heater 62. Subsequently, when the thickness of ice becomes a proper value, the driving device 23 of a first supporting shaft 21 is operated to pivot the ice making pan 16 and drop the ice onto a water cutting pan 20. Water, containing gas constituents and high concentration of impurities but not frozen yet, is discharged through a lower discharging pan 29 and a drainage pipe 30.

SOLUTION: A heat insulating door 46 is openably situated at the front opening part of a heat insulating box body 39, having a storage chamber 55 constituted at its internal part and the thickness of the heat insulating wall of a planar part 51 of the heat insulation door positioned opposite to a planar part 41 of the front edge of the heat insulating box body is decreased to a value lower than the reference heat insulation wall thickness of the heat insulating door 46 fronting on the interior of the refrigerating chamber 55. The front end part of the heat insulating box body 39 is cut through the reference wall thickness of the heat insulating door 46 and the distance of a throat 59 consisting of the front side of an inner box 44 and the outer side of a door inner plate 48 is lengthened, and penetration of outside air heat is decreased and energy is saved.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator which contrives the energy saving by reducing the externally penetrated heat and secures the sealing property without marring the durability of a sealing member or the operability of the opening and dosing of a door and looks fine in external appearance and the interior of which looks wide at opening of the door, concerning the constitution of heat insulation of the refrigerator. SOLUTION: The heat having penetrated from the margin of an opening decreases and energy saving can be materialized, by opposing a ramp 58 provided near the margin of a door inner plate 48 to a ramp 57 provided near the opening of an inner box 44 thereby forming a throat 59, and providing a refrigerator with a seal member 60 to seat this throat 59, and providing it with a pair of magnetic bodies 62 and 63 at the rears of both ramps. Moreover, the throat can be sealed without fail without marring the durability of the of the seal member or the operability of the opening and closing of the door. Moreover, the fine view of the side rises, and the outward appearance improves. Furthermore, a sense of oppression at opening of the door is dissolved, and the interior can be made to look wide.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a thermal radiation efficiency from a thermal radiation pipe, reduce a thermal immersion into the refrigerator and restrict a consumption power, in a structure in which a part of the thermal radiation pipe of a cooling system is arranged at a partition member of the refrigerator. SOLUTION: A central part of a front partition plate 14 is formed with a recess 19 formed over a substantial full length and a curved surface 29 connecting a flat surface 14b of the partition plate 14 with the recess 19. A rear surface of the curved surface 20 is provided with a thermal radiation member 21 so as to be adjacent to each other. A shape of the curved surface 20 is formed to have a diameter extending along the thermal radiation member 21. With such an arrangement as above, a contact area between the thermal radiation member 21 and the front partition plate 14 is increased to be wide, thereby increasing a radiating area to improve a thermal radiation effect. Concurrently, a fixing part 14a of the front partition plate 14 is made short, thereby reducing thermal immersion into the refrigerator and decreasing a heat absorbing load to enable a consumption power to be reduced.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable an interior temperature of a vegetable chamber to be kept at a constant value by a method wherein a circulation air passage between a chamber of a cooling device and a refrigerator chamber and another circulation air passage between the chamber of cooling device and the vegetable chamber are formed independently from each other, and an air passage for the refrigerator chamber and another air passage for the vegetable chamber are separated with a heat insulating cover for use in storing a damper device for the refrigerator chamber. CONSTITUTION:Each of a refrigerator chamber 21, a freezing chamber 22 and a vegetable chamber 23 is formed in sequence from above by partition plates 19, 20 thermally insulating an inner part of a thermal insulated box 18. A cold air passage extending from within a cooling device chamber having a cooling device 26 stored therein is separated into a discharging air passage 33 for the refrigerator chamber and a discharging air passage 35 for the vegetable chamber within a thermal insulating cover 31. A damper device 34 for the refrigerator chamber and a damper device 36 for the vegetable chamber independently controlled, respectively, are installed within the thermal insulating cover 31. During operation, one cold air controlled by both damper devices 34, 36 is returned back to the cooling device 26 from the refrigerator chamber 21 through a returning air passage 39 for the refrigerator chamber and the other cold air is returned back to the cooling device 26 from the vegetable chamber 23 through the air returning passage 41 for the vegetable chamber.

SOLUTION: Outer and inner boxes 40 and 43 of a heat insulation box body are formed of resin. An inclination part 58 provided near the peripheral edge part of a door inner plate 48 is positioned facing an inclination part 57 situated near the opening part of the inner box 43 to form a throat 59. A seal member 60 to seal the throat 59 is provided. This constitution reduces a quantity of heat transferred and penetrating from the outer box 40 to a flange 42. Further, an amount of heat flowing through the throat 59 is also reduced.
