    Abstract: PURPOSE: To speed up the return to a specified temperature of a freezer chamber and refrigerator chamber after a power failure by a method wherein when temperature sensors of a freezer chamber and condenser detect a set temperature or higher right after turning-on of a power, if an upper limit set pressure or higher is detected after a specified period of time has passed, the revolution number of a blowing fan is reduced for a period of time which is set in advance. CONSTITUTION: When both a detected temperature of a condenser temperature sensor 28 and a detected temperature of a freezer chamber temperature sensor 11 are set values or higher, i.e., it is detected that the outside air temperature is high, and the cooling is not done yet, after a specified period of time has passed after the detection, it is judged whether a detected pressure of a pressure- detecting means 25 is at an upper limit set value or higher or not. Then, the detected pressure is less than the upper limit set value, a normal control is performed. When the detected pressure is the upper limit set value or higher, i.e., under a state wherein an input load to a compressor (b) is too large, a current quantity which is connected to a blowing fan 9 by a control circuit 27 is reduced, and the revolution number of the blowing fan 9 is reduced, and that state is maintained until a previously set period of time passes.

SOLUTION: A document passage through which a document passing an input means 3 passes up to a document take-out hole 5 is provided on the rear face of a display means 4. The input means 3 leads the document to the document passage, and the display means 4 displays the picture synchronously with the timing of this leading to provide the user with performance that information is taken into the refrigerator, and thus an interface which is easy and simple for the user unaccustomed to information devices can be provided.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save energy by reducing heat entering from the outside and to improve external appearance, in heat insulation constitution of a refrigerator. SOLUTION: A protrusion part 39 formed near the peripheral edge of a door inner plate 37 is positioned facing a recessed part 29 formed near the opening part of an inner box 20 to form a throat 41. The throat 41 is sealed by a seal member 42 situated at a plane part 38 of the peripheral edge of a heat insulation door 35 and making contact with a plane part 18 of a heat insulation boxy body 16 and a seal member 43 formed at a folded part 40 of the protrusion part 39 and making contact with a stepped part 31 of the recessed part 29 to reduce heat entering through the peripheral edge of the opening and save energy. Further, by decreasing the wall thickness of a plane part 38 of the heat insulation door 35 to a value lower than a reference wall thickness, a throat length is lengthened, an energy saving effect is improved, a fine side view is improved, and appearance is improved.

SOLUTION: An abnormality diagnostic device comprises various sensors 7 installed inside and outside of each storage room of a refrigerator, a plurality of abnormality detecting means 8 for detecting an abnormality of various sensors 7, a voice composing device 28 for conveying information related to the abnormality of various sensors 7 by voice, a control part 9 for controlling the voice composing means based on a signal inputted from the abnormality detecting means 8, a door opening/closing detecting device 26 installed in each storage room, and a door opening/closing detecting means 27 for detecting a signal of the door opening/closing detecting means 27 when a door is opened, when various sensors 7 of the refrigerator detect an abnormality, a signal thereof is inputted into the control part 9, and the control part 9 recognizes the location of the abnormality.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diagnose and analyse a household electrical appliance so as to enhance its serviceability by using a portable hardware part which can be carried regarding an automatic diagnostic and analytical system, for the household electric apparatus, by which a component failure part can be analyzed when the household electric apparatus is broken down. SOLUTION: Operation-state data 1 on a refrigerator which is used daily, actual-usage-environment data 2 on the refrigerator which is used actually and component data 3 on components constituting the refrigerator are stored in a data-acquisition control part 4. The stored data are accessed by a portable hardware part 5 through the data-acqusition control part 4 and an interface part 13. By using the operation-state data 1, the actual-usage-environment data 2 and the component data 3 which are accessed by the portable hardware part 5, and the refrigerator is diagnosed and analyzed inside the portable hardware part 5. Thereby, a component failure part is specified so as to be displayed on a failure-part output part 6, a failure-cause output part 7 or a failure-content output part 8.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save energy by making a decision whether the condenser temperature is higher than a specified level or not, determining the installation environment of refrigerator if it is higher than the specified level, indicating the results to notify the installation environment to a user thereby keeping the condenser temperature at a low level. SOLUTION: When the installation environment of a refrigerator deteriorates, a condenser temperature setting means 1 sets a condenser temperature higher than the condenser control temperature when the refrigerator is covered with a wall on the back and side thereof. A condenser temperature determining means 2 compares a condenser temperature detected by a condenser temperature detecting means with a temperature set by the condenser temperature setting means 1 and delivers an output if the former is higher. A decision means 3 lights an indicating means 4 to notify that the installation environment of the refrigerator is bad if the condenser temperature determining means 2 delivers an output otherwise unlights the indicating means 4 to notify that the installation environment of the refrigerator is good.
