Abstract: A door handle structure for a refrigerator of a type including at least one access door (2) hingedly supported at one side portion so as to move between opened and closed positions about a hinge axis (H) to thereby selectively open and close an opening leading to a refrigerator compartment. The access door (2) includes a front panel (4), a rear panel confronting the refrigerator compartment and upper and lower frame members (3a, 3b) and also includes a heat insulating material (5) filled in a space delimited by the front and rear panels and the upper and lower frame members (3a, 3b). The door handle structure includes a generally elongated handle (6) rigidly secured at one end to an opposite side portion of the access door (2) remote from the hinge axis (H). This handle (6) has a grip area (10) extending widthwise of the access door (2).

SOLUTION: A freezing refrigerator suppresses the thermal leak from a front side into a refrigerator chamber to be low by using a resin plate 27 on a front side of a partition wall 3. A heater can be controlled corresponding to the change of the outside temperature and the outside humidity, and dew condensation can be prevented with small power by installing a heater 32 for preventing condensation in place of a conventional condensation pipe on an inner side of the resin plate 27.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress heat leakage into a refrigerator to a minimum limit while preventing dew condensation by providing insertion grooves in an overall width on the upper and lower parts of a front surface of a resin plate for constituting a partition wall, fixedly inserting the upper and lower ends of a partition plate into the grooves, and laying an antidewing heater on the inner surface of the partition plate. SOLUTION: Insertion grooves 2 are provided on the upper and lower surfaces of the front surface of a resin plate 1 for forming a partition wall 6. Stepped parts provided on the upper and lower surfaces of a partition plate 3 made of a magnetic metal plate are inserted into the grooves 2, and the front surface of the plate 3 is set in plane with the plate 1. A heat insulator 4 molded by foam polystyrene is disposed in the plate 1, and an antidewing heater 5 made of an electric heating wire or the like is laid on the inner surface of the plate 3 in the refrigerator. Thus, heat leakage into the refrigerator can be suppressed to a minimum limit while preventing dew condensation, and power consumption can be reduced.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce vibration and noise without using any non-required material by a method wherein a partition plate having an electric motor fixed thereto and a main body of a refrigerator are connected to a fixing plate, and three points of an upper part, a central part and a lower part of the partition plate are fixed to the main body of the refrigerator. SOLUTION: A fixing plate 22 is held to an electric motor 6 and a partition plate 8. The partition plate 8 is fixed by small screws 21 inserted into a through- pass hole 23 inserted into a partition plate 11 and an engaging hole 24. In addition, the partition plate 11 is fixed to a bottom plate by small screws 21 inserted into engaging holes 25, 31. Three points of an upper part, a central part and a lower part of the partition plate 8 are fixed to a main body of a refrigerator by small screws 21 inserted into the through-pass holes 26, 32. With such an arrangement as above, it is possible to reduce vibration and noise generated during operation of the electric motor 6 without using my non-required additional material.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent twisting of a frame even when an excess load is operated at a drawer type door and to hence prevent drop or inclination of the door by forming an X-shaped throttle at a side of the frame in the door for switching a front opening of a vegetable chamber, etc. CONSTITUTION:A front opening of a vegetable chamber of a refrigerator is, for example, switched by a drawer type door 4. A frame 1 of the door 4 and a movable roller 5 disposed at the side of the frame are respectively slidably engaged with a stationary roller 8 and a stationary rail 7. A coupling wire 6 is disposed in the frame 1. Further, an indoor case 10 is placed in the frame 1. In this case, an X-shaped throttle 9 is formed at the side of the frame 1. Thus, even when an excess load is operated at the door 4, twisting of the frame 1 is prevented. Accordingly, drop of the roller 5 from the rail 7 and inclination of the door 4 can be prevented.

SOLUTION: The box body is provided with a reinforcing member 18 that is joined along a top face plate 25 of a case 24 and a rear face flange 29 and has an extension part 20 and a reinforcing member 31 that is joined at an area to a bent flange 30 rising from the rear face flange 29 along the inner- periphery end of left and right side face plates 26 and 27, thus preventing the case 24 from being deformed by the drag of the reinforcing members 18 and 31 of the side and top surface parts when external force is applied. Then, the entire stiffness of the box body of a refrigerator is improved including side and top surfaces to cope with applied load due to increased size.
