PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain both an unsaturated polyester composition capable of providing a fiber-reinforced plastic and a molded product of artificial marble having excellent crack resistance, hot water resistance and corrosion resistance and a molded product using the composition. SOLUTION: This unsaturated polyester resin composition is obtained by compounding (A) 40-70 wt.% of an unsaturated polyester prepared by reacting a polyhydric alcohol composed of (a) 50-80 mol.% of dipropylene glycol and/or tripropylene glycol and (b) 20-50 mol.% of an adduct of propylene oxide to bisphenol A having 2-4 average addition number of propylene oxide with a polybasic acid composed of (c) 80-100 mol.% of an unsaturated dibasic acid and (d) 0-20 mol.% of a saturated dibasic acid (B) 30-60 wt.% of a polymerizable monomer.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propylene-based polymer composition for adhesion, excellent in adhesive properties and further excellent in optical characteristics and drawing properties, and to provide a laminated product containing the same. SOLUTION: This propylene-based polymer composition for adhesion is formed by subjecting 0.001-5 pts.wt. of an unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or its derivative to graft addition to 100 pts.wt. of a composition which contains an isotactic polypropylene (A) in an amount of 50-95 pts.wt. and a propylene-1-butene random copolymer (B) in an amount of 50-5 pts.wt., wherein the copolymer (B) is specified by (i) to (iii) as follows: (i) comprising the propylene-1-butene random copolymer (B) containing units derived from propylene in an amount of 60-90 mol% and units derived from 1-butene in an amount of 10-40 mol%; (ii) having a melting point (Tm) in a range of 40-120°C, when measured by a differential scanning calorimeter; and (iii) having a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) in a range of 1.0-3.0, when measured by gel permeation chromatography (GPC). An object of the present invention is to provide polypropylene adhesive excellent in both initial adhesion and adhesion after heat history; and a laminate excellent in adhesion and heat resistance. Provided is a polypropylene-based adhesive having an MFR of 2.7 g/10min or higher as measured at 230°C under a load of 2.16 kg, comprising a composition which contains 5-95 parts by weight of (A) an isotactic polypropylene, 95-5 parts by weight of (B) a propylene/ethylene random copolymer, and 0-40 parts by weight of (C) an ethylene/propylene random copolymer, wherein 100 parts by weight of the composition is graft modified with 0.001-5 parts by weight of an unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or a derivative thereof, and wherein (B) is characterized by the following (i) to (iii): (i) the propylene/ethylene random copolymer (B) contains 60-90 mol% units derived from propylene and 10-40 mol% units derived from ethylene; (ii) the melting point (Tm) as measured with a differential scanning calorimeter is in the range of 40-120°C; and (iii) the molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) as determined by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) is in the range of 1.0-3.0.

It is an object of the invention to provide polypropylene adhesives which have excellent adhesion to polar materials and exhibit particularly excellent adhesion after high-speed cast film processing, stretching or extrusion coating, and are excellent in blushing resistance, and multilayer structures having the adhesives. The adhesive resin composition is a grafted resin composition comprising a polypropylene component (A), an ethylene/propylene/±-olefin copolymer component (B), an ethylene/±-aletin copolymer component (C), and an unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or a derivative thereof (D), and which contains the component (A) at 5 to 80 parts by mass, the component (B) at 5 to 70 parts by mass and the component (C) at 1 to 40 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of the components (A), (B) and (C) combined and has an ethylene/propylene/±-olefin ratio in n-decane-soluble components of 5-95/5-95/1-50 mol% and a graft ratio of 0.01 to 5 wt%.

It is an object of the invention to provide a carbodiimide modified polyolefin adhesive having excellent adhesive strength in a room temperature atmosphere and excellent adhesive strength in a high temperature atmosphere even in continuously molding with a practical molding machine. An adhesive (D), i.e., a carbodiimide modified polyolefin adhesive of the present invention which can solve the above problem is obtainable by allowing a polyolefin (A) having a group capable of reacting with a carbodiimide group to react with a carbodiimide group-containing compound (B) in the presence of an unmodified polyolefin (C) and having a ratio of a peak intensity at 2130 to 2140 cm -1 to a peak intensity at 1470 cm -1 , as determined by infrared absorbance analysis, of not more than 60% and a density of 0.870 g/cm 3 to 0.920 g/cm 3 . Furthermore, the use of the adhesive provides a laminate of a polar resin (F) and a polyolefin (G) having excellent interlaminar adhesive force both under a room temperature atmosphere and under a high temperature atmosphere.
