    Abstract: Provided are a narrow frame touch input sheet, manufacturing method of the same, and conductive sheet used in the narrow frame touch input sheet, which are suitable for a capacitive touch sensor having a narrow frame and two layers of transparent conductive film. patterns. The method uses the conductive sheet including one or more transparent base sheets stacked into a layer, transparent conductive films, light-excluding conductive electrode films, and first resist layers, which are layered sequentially on the uppermost and lowermost surfaces thereof. The first resist layers are exposed simultaneously on the both surfaces, and after development, the transparent conductive films and the light-excluding conductive electrode films are simultaneously etched, the first resist layers are stripped away, then second resist layers are formed as coating on the both surfaces in an outer edge portion, so that the light-excluding conductive electrode films are etched only in the central window portions. Thus, circuit patterns of the transparent conductive films are exposed.

    Abstract: A protection panel with a touch input function and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed in which a thickness of a protection panel is reduced by using a glass plate as a rear substrate, and at the same time, a risk of generating crack or fracture in the rear substrate is suppressed, when a conductive pin is press-fitted into a through hole of the rear substrate. The protection panel with a touch input function includes: a front substrate (6) which has a resistive film (6A) formed on a rear face of the front substrate and whose rim portion (6E) is decorated; and a rear substrate (5) including at least a glass plate which has a resistive film (5A) on a front face of the rear substrate and whose rim portion has through holes (5a,5b) for electric conduction, which are connected so that the resistive films (5A,6A) are opposingly arranged with a predetermined gap, and electrodes (5D,6D) of the resistive films (5A,5B) are conductively connected to external terminals C through the through holes (5a,5b). In this protection panel, a conductive adhesive (10) is injected into the through hole (5a,5b), and a protection member (12) is provided between a conductive pin (11) inserted into the through hole (5a,5b) with the conductive adhesive (10) injected thereinto and an inner wall of the through hole (5a,5b).

    Abstract: A protection panel with a touch input function for an electronic instrument display window, which is excellent in reliability in an FPC connection. The panel is constituted such that the outer side face can be fitted into a panel fitting part of a casing having an aperture and kept without a gap to form a leveled plane and is configured to protect a display device provided under it externally visibly through a transparent window. A pin-equipped FPC (10) for taking out electric signals via through holes from the rear of the protective panel is characterized in that a metal pin fixation hole (10e) is bored on a film substrate (10f) and a circuit (10c) serving as a conductive part at a connection terminal (10a) of the FPC; a metal pin (14) having an axis part (14b) and a head part (14a) formed in a larger diameter than the outer diameter of the pin axis part is inserted into the metal pin fixation hole from the circuit side; a cover-lay film (10b) is stuck onto the circuit (10c) and the film substrate (10f) to cover the head part of the metal pin and also a conductive adhesive layer (21) is interposed between the circuit (10c) and the head part of the metal pin (14).
