La membrana de separación (31) tiene una pluralidad de porciones de tipo isla y una pluralidad de porciones de tipo fibra que se extienden desde las porciones de tipo isla y que tienen una anchura menor que la de las porciones de tipo isla, y el área de las porciones de tipo fibra en la superficie de la membrana se establece para que sea mayor que la de las porciones de tipo isla. El aparato de tratamiento de agua incluye: una primera unidad de tratamiento de agua capaz de llevar a cabo el pretratamiento de agua que se va tratar y que tiene la configuración que se ha mencionado anteriormente; y una segunda unidad de tratamiento de agua capaz de llevar a cabo el tratamiento principal del agua que se va tratar.

Abstract: An anisotropic conductive film, and its production method, especially suitable for mounting a semiconductor package and sufficiently satisfying the requirements of higher density mounting because short circuit does not occur in the plane direction of the film even if the pitch of electrodes is small, or suitable for mounting a contact probe because conductive connection not fused with a high current can be ensured with a lower pressure and even a high frequency signal can be dealt with. The anisotropic conductive film contains metal powder having such a shape that many fine metal particles are linked as a conductive component, wherein the length of the chain of metal powder is set not longer than the distance between adjacent electrodes being bonded conductively when a semiconductor package is mounted, and the diameter of the chain is set in the range of 1 mu m-20 mu m when a contact probe is mounted. At least a part of the film is formed while orienting a chain formed of a paramagnetic metal with a magnetic field.

Abstract: The compsn. contains a dispersion medium (I), consisting mainly of surfacant, with fluoro-resin particles (II) and pigment particles (III) dispersed in Ia. USE/ADVANTAGE - The compsn. is used as the undercoat of a system for coating mouldings (opt. with a finely roughened surface) overall or in a pattern, the top coat contg. (II) but no (III) or adhesive. It is useful for producing coatings or uniform colour or displays e.g. scales, patterns or lettering on metals, before or after moulding to containers. In an example, a finely etched Al alloy plate was given a 20 micron primer coat with a comspn. contg. 60 (wt)% PTFE, 3% polyamide-imide, 6% surfactant and 31% water (which was baked for 5 mins, at 420 deg. C. It was then screen printed with a compsn. contg. 26.25g PFA (TFE-perfluoro(alkylvinyl ether) copolymer) as 5 micron or coarser particles, 11.25 g PFE as 1 micron or finer particles, (A) 38.75, (B) 438.75 g nonionic surfactant and 11.25 g water and 12.5 g TiO2, which was baked for 10 mins, at 400 deg. C. The amt. of blurring of the edge of the letters was (A) none, (B) significant; flaking (A, B) none; and flow (A,B) no variation in film thickness

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide the subject brilliant composition capable of displaying scales, patterns. letters, etc., without being stamped, not abraded, and exhibiting a sufficient adhesive force to resins by compounding a dispersant comprising a surfactant with fluororesin particles and pigment particles. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is characterized by compounding a dispersant consisting mainly of a surfactant (preferably a nonionic surfactant such as polyethylene octylphenyl ether) with fluororesin particles (preferably the particles of a thermally meltable fluororesin such as PFA or PEP) and pigment particles (preferably titanium oxide). The composition is coated uniformly or in the form of scales, patterns, letters, etc., on the fluororesin layer of a fluoro resin-coated article, and the coated article is further coated with a fluororesin composition not containing a pigment, an adhesive, etc., to obtain the coated article.

Abstract: A water treatment unit is usable in a water treatment apparatus that performs water treatment using a reverse osmosis membrane. The separation membrane has a plurality of island-like portions and a plurality of fiber-like portions extending from the island-like portions and having a width smaller than that of the island-like portions, and an area of the fiber-like portions at a membrane surface is set to be larger than that of the island-like portions.
