CONSTITUTION:A magnetic material is used as a material for a spinneret 10 for melt-spinning and a ring-shaped induction coil 11 for heating composed of heat-resistant wire is attached close to the lower face of the spinneret with a coil holder 12. When the coil holder is made of a conductor such as stainless steel, the coil 11 is separated from the holder 12 with a specific gap to prevent the heat-generation in the holder 12. An insulating material 13 is inserted between the coil 11 and the holder 12.

SOLUTION: In the apparatus for filtering resin wherein disc type filters are laminated in multi-stages to be stored around the periphery of the support in the casing, the laminar flow plate is arranged to its top and the filter together with the laminar flow plate are fixed from outside the support with a cap, a screw part provided to the support is communicated to a part wherein the resin passed through the filter is gathered, and the method for filtering resin using the apparatus is provided.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To clean the subject spinneret in high workability to an extent to completely clean the inside of nozzles by heating and carbonizing a melt-spinning spinneret having attached polymer and cleaning the spinneret in an acid bath such as phosphoric acid bath at a specific temperature under the application of ultrasonic vibration having specific frequency and power. CONSTITUTION:A melt-spinning spinneret 2 having attached polymer is put into a vessel 4 wound with an electric heater 3 and containing aluminum powder 5. The vessel 4 constitutes a fluidized bed cleaning apparatus 1 used as a heating and carbonizing means. The aluminum powder 5 is heated with the heater 3 and, at the same time, fluidized with air introduced from the bottom of the vessel with a blower 7 to effect the hot carbonization treatment of the spinneret 2. The treated spinneret is put into an acid bath 10 of an ultrasonic cleaning apparatus 8 provided with a bath 10 of an acid such as phosphoric acid, oxalic acid or malic acid. The temperature of the acid bath is controlled to to 60X10 Hz and an output of 1-100W/cm is generated by an oscillator 13. The melt-spinning spinneret can be cleaned under ultrasonic treatment by this process.
