SOLUTION: The objective tricot fabric for pleated product is composed of a synthetic fiber filament yarn containing antistatic fiber, having a longitudinal stretchability of >=30% and containing the antistatic fiber in an amount accounting for >=40 wt.% of the constituent yarn.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To increase durability by a method wherein a plurality of leaf and stem sections are formed in a bundle shape and projected from a base material sheet while sand-stop sheets are laminated on the rear of the base material sheet, the leaf and stem sections are filled with sand, and the projecting length, leaf-stem density, etc., of the leaf and stem sections are specified. CONSTITUTION: An artificial lawn, in which the intermediate sections of leaf- stem bundles 2 are bulged while front end sections 1 are melted and rounded and molten balls are fused mutually, is used. The leaf-stem bundles 2 are projected from a base material sheet 3 by 10-30mm. The density of the leaf-stem bundles 2 is set in 4-10 pieces/m , and nose fused sections are set in 50% or more of leaf-stem density. A sand-stop sheet consisting of a cloth-like article of at least 30g/m is laminated on the rear of the sheet 3, thus preventing the outflow and sedimentation of filled sand. The artificial lawn is made water permeable as a whole. Accordingly, the withering of leaves and stems can be prevented, and the outflow and scattering of filled sand can be obviated, and appearance can be maintained.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To maintain both elasticity and durability by specifying the length of the projected part of a specified monofilament pile from sand, occupied rate of cross section of it, and pile surface covering property obtained when it is pressed by a flat plate. CONSTITUTION: The fineness of nylon pile monofilament is set at 100 to 350 denier, and the average length of a projected part is set at 8mm or longer. Also the occupied space rate of the pile cross section on the flat surface of an artificial lawn is set at 4 to 8%. In this case, the occupied space rate in % is set at W/100.H.ρ, provided that W in the equation is pile weight per 1m , H is pile length, and ρ is specific gravity of pile. Then the surface force covering property of pile obtained when a load of 100g per cm is applied to press the artificial lawn from the top side is set at 70% or more. In addition, the rate of the maximum width to the minimum width of cross section of the monofilament is set at 3 or more. Thus soft feeling and an elasticity needed for sports are given so as to maintain durability.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To adjust water-holding capacity and air permeability to be in a well-balanced state, by bonding a mixture containing mainly fibrous blocks and short fiber material to form an integrate. CONSTITUTION:A mixture comprises mainly fibrous blocks 1 and short fiber material 2, which are bonded to be integrated. For the bonding, fusion by heating and contact bonding are easy to handle; for example, granular and short fiber material 2 of a low melting point resin such as a polyolefin copolymer, a polyester copolymer, etc., which is previously mixed in the mixture, is fusion-bonded or contact-bonded. Core-sheath conjugate fibers having a low melting point resin as the sheath component and a higher melting point resin as the core component are preferable in view of the air-permeability controlling characteristic. At least 5wt.% of this bonded component is preferably contained in the sterically interlaced textile substrate. As the fibrous blocks 1, an interlaced fibrous block formed of a polyester, a nylon(R), a polyacrylonitril, etc., can stably be used.
