Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wavelength variable interference filter and the like, in which flexibility of an electrode film thickness in a conduction part between substrates can be improved.SOLUTION: A wavelength variable interference filter 5 includes: a pair of substrates 51, 52; a pair of reflection films 54, 55 respectively disposed on the substrates; a first electrode 561; a second electrode 562; a first conduction electrode 563 disposed on the first substrate 51 and disposed from the first electrode 561 to an outer peripheral edge of the first substrate 51; a second conduction electrode 564 disposed on the second substrate 52 and conducting to the first conduction electrode 563; and a bonding layer that bonds bonding surfaces 515, 524 of the substrates 51, 52. The first substrate 51 has a first conduction electrode surface 516 opposing to a contact surface where the first conduction electrode 563 and the second conduction electrode 564 are in contact with each other; and the second substrate 52 has a second conduction electrode surface 564A opposing to the contact surface. A minimum distance D1 from the first conduction electrode surface 516 to the second conduction electrode surface 564A is different from a minimum distance D2 from the first bonding surface 515 to the second bonding surface 524.
Abstract:
An image processing system is used for dentistry. Upon creating a false tooth of a patient (59), a plurality of illuminating light of LEDs with different wavelengths emit light and a photographing apparatus (1A) photographs a tooth portion of the patient (59), thereby obtaining image data. The image data is sent to a dentistry filing system (2A) serving as a processing apparatus, and color reproducing data is obtained by calculation. The color reproducing data is sent to a dentistry factory (55) via a public line. Data is searched from a database (56) for calculating a ceramic compounding ratio, compound data of the ceramic false tooth is obtained, matching the color of the tooth portion of the patient (59), and the false tooth approximate to the tooth color of the patient (59) is created. The photographing apparatus has a control unit (18) which switches between a spectroscopic image capturing mode and a moving image capturing mode.
Abstract:
A hand-held, self-contained, battery-powered test instrument for analyzing composition of a sample includes an exciter for exciting at least a portion of the sample, a compact cross-dispersed spectrometer for receiving an optical signal from the excited portion of the sample and a processor for processing spectral data about the optical signal from the spectrometer. The exciter may include a spark generator and a counter electrode, a laser or other device for generating the optical signal from the sample portion. The spectrometer has a wavelength range broad enough to enable the test instrument to detect and determine relative quantities of carbon, phosphorous, sulfur, manganese, silicon, iron and other elements necessary to identify common alloys. The spectrometer includes a structural member made of a light-weight material having a small coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE). The spectrometer is dimensionally stable over a range of expected ambient temperatures, without controlling the temperature of the spectrometer.
