Abstract:
The invention relates to a guide rail arrangement for window lifters in motor vehicles as well as a method for the production thereof. Two guide webs (4), along with projections (5) that are formed thereon, form a guide rail on a support plate (1) made of a plastic material. According to the invention, the guide webs (4) can be elastically bent inward or outward such that the driving element can be clipped on by sliding on said driving element in a transversal vehicle direction (y) while the production thereof is significantly simplified in an injection molding process since the guide rail can be removed by elastically deforming the guide webs such that the mold requires a smaller number of slides. Another embodiment of the invention relates to a driving element comprising a base made of a first material and slider inserts which are received therein in a secured manner, are made of a different material, and have particularly good sliding properties in combination with the material of the associated guide web.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a motor vehicle windowpane which is made of a plastic material, used for closing the opening of the motor vehicle and is displaceable therein by means of a window lifter. Said window pane comprises a window element surrounded by an external edge and a device provided on the window element for coupling the window pane to the window adjusting mechanism of the window lifter. According to said invention, a guiding area (16, 17; 18, 19) is formed on the surface (O2) of the window element (10) for coupling the window pane (1) to the adjusting mechanism (42, 43, 44) of the window lifter (4), makes it possible to bring into contact the window pane (1) with guiding means (46, 47; 48, 49) of the adjusting mechanism (42, 43, 44) in such a way that it is enabled to slide in a displacement direction (z) and forms stops (17a, 17b, 18a) which prevent the window pane (1) of pivoting about an axis (y) perpendicular to the plane thereof when said stops are supported by the associated stops (47a, 47b, 48a) of the guiding means (44).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a drive for a sliding door or a swinging-sliding door of a rail vehicle, comprising a guide rail (1) which is fixed inside the rail vehicle and on which a carriage (2) carrying a door leaf is arranged in a longitudinally displaceable and optionally rotatable manner, and a spindle drive provided with a spindle (3) which extends parallel to the guide rail (1) and a spindle nut (4) which is connected to the carriage (2) in a fixed manner in the direction of the axis (13) of the spindle (3). The invention is characterised in that the spindle nut (4) and the carriage (2) are connected by means of a rotative sliding joint (7, 8, 10). The invention also relates to different embodiments of said basic idea.
Abstract:
Abstract:
The present invention is a window regulator mechanism for vertically moving a window panel mounted within a motor vehicle door. The mechanism comprises an elongated guide rail member (18) mounted within the vehicle door and having a base portion (66) with a pair of side flange portions (56, 62). A first of the pair of side flange portions (56, 62) has a nose portion (60) extending laterally outwardly therefrom. A second of the pair of side flange portions (56, 62) has a convex exterior surface (84). A window moving structure (17) engages the window panel and has a base member and a pair of side leg portions (48) extending from opposing sides thereof. One of the side leg portions has a nose-receiving groove (58) formed in an inwardly facing surface thereof. The window moving structure is slidably mounted on the guide rail member. A manually operable actuating mechanism is constructed to slidably move the window moving structure vertically along the guide rail member. The nose portion (60) of the guide rail member is received within the nose-receiving groove (58) of the window moving structure and the convex exterior surface (84) of the guide rail member (18) is slidably engaged with an inwardly facing surface (54) of another of the side leg portions (48) of the window moving structure (17) opposite the nose-receiving groove such that: a) relative pivotal movement between the guide rail member (18) and the window moving structure (17) about a fixed pivot axis (P) extending longitudinally through the nose-portion (60) is permitted and b) relative movement between the guide rail member (18) and the window moving structure (17) in a radial direction with respect to the fixed pivot axis (P) is substantially restricted to thereby reduce vibrations which occur as a result of forcibly moving the vehicle door into closing engagement with a motor vehicle body.

Abstract:
A window-winder has a reversible drive unit (14), a pair of rails (12) and a pair of slides (66) for supporting and driving the window (10). The rails (12) have slitted tubular guides (50) in each of which a lateral appendage (71) of one of the slides (66) is engaged. Transmission members (16) extend each between the drive unit (14) and one of the rails (12). Each transmission member (16) comprises a fixed sheath (38) and a flexible, toothed pull-and-push cable (40). To allow the window-winder to be mounted equally well to e.g. a right-hand or a left-hand door of a motor vehicle, the drive unit (14) is adapted to be fixed to a sidewall located on its one side on the other. The lateral appendage (71) of each slide (66) and a corresponding end portion (38a) of each sheath (38), on one hand, and a lower portion of the rail (12), on the other hand, are rotatably mounted with respect to each other.
