PURPOSE: A multi-node wireless power transmission method using magnetic resonance induction is provided to efficiently control wireless chargers by receiving information from the wireless chargers. CONSTITUTION: A multi-node wireless power transmission method using magnetic resonance induction is as follows. A wireless power transmission device(100) receives information from multiple wireless chargers(200). The target wireless chargers among the wireless chargers are selected based on the received information. An ON order for activating a wireless power receiving function is transmitted to the selected wireless chargers. An OFF order for cutting off a wireless power receiving function is transmitted to the residual wireless chargers. Wireless power is transmitted to the wireless chargers using magnetic resonance induction.

PURPOSE: A touch screen and a method for verifying touch information are provided to simplify a process for forming a transparent electrode by forming a single transparent electrode structure based on a transparent electrode array. CONSTITUTION: A first transparent electrode(A) and a second transparent electrode(B) are alternately arranged on a substrate such that the transparent electrodes are parallelly arrayed. A protective layer is formed on the first transparent electrode and the second transparent electrode. The transparent electrodes are in the form of zigzags. A lower substrate is formed on the protective layer. An elastic layer(40) is interposed between the protective layer and the lower substrate. A lower transparent electrode(50) faces the transparent electrodes on the lower substrate in order to function as a ground electrode. A dam(60) is formed at the edge of the elastic layer.

PURPOSE: A sensor network system and a networking method thereof are provided to block loss of sensing data while sensing a sensor node in order to accurately sense environment data. CONSTITUTION: A collecting unit(120) broadcasts a sensing command. Sensor nodes receive the sensing command from the collecting unit. The sensor nodes perform sensing operation. The sensor nodes in a first section transmit sensing data to the collecting unit. The sensor nodes in a second section transmit sensing data to the collecting unit.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a nitride based semiconductor device including a floated gate electrode is provided to improve operation speed of a nitride based semiconductor device by reducing parasitic capacitance due to high dielectric constant of a protective layer. CONSTITUTION: An epilayer(20,30,40) is formed on a base substrate(10). A source electrode(61) and a drain electrode(63) are formed on the epilayer at regular intervals. A protective layer(70) is formed for covering the epilayer. A gate contact hole(76) is formed between the source electrode and the drain electrode. The gate electrode(65) includes an electrode unit floated on a connection unit and the protective layer.

PURPOSE: A method for removing a line of an internal structure for a ceiling vision-based SLAM(Simultaneous Localization And Mapping) algorithm is provided to distinguish the line of the internal structure from walls and ceiling areas when the ceiling vision-based SLAM(Simultaneous Localization And Mapping) algorithm is implemented, thereby removing the distinguished line. CONSTITUTION: First and second motion vectors are obtained. The first motion vector shows movement of a ceiling area feature point. The second motion vector shows movement of a boundary line feature point. The first motion vector is compared with the second motion vector. When the first motion vector is different from the second motion vector(e), a boundary line is determined as a boundary line by an internal structure and is removed(f).
