PURPOSE: An apparatus for an emergency vehicle stop is provided to stop a vehicle by spreading an emergency vehicle stop map in a cell area in wireless to stop a specific vehicle. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for an emergency vehicle stop, an ID management unit(102) assigns ID according to a connection request by using vehicle ID. The ID management unit generates an ID map by mapping ID information to the ID of the vehicle. An emergency vehicle stop map generation unit(104) generates an emergency vehicle stop map according to ID information and external emergency stop command. A map changing unit(106) updates the emergency vehicle stop map. A communications unit wirelessly spreads the vehicles emergency stop map.

PURPOSE: A vehicle control system and autonomic driving method, and region server device, autonomic driving service method, entire region server device and autonomic driving service method are provided to proceed the autonomic driving effectively by using all kinds of the sensing information about all service areas. CONSTITUTION: The vehicle control system(400) includes; a communications manager(402) taking charge of data communications with the region server device; a local path generating unit(404) created the local path according to the sensing information and a driving control command received according to the autonomic driving service request from the region server device; a route control part of slaved tracking(406) controlling the vehicles actuator for the vehicles to follow the local path; and a vehicle drive unit(408) performing the autonomic driving of the vehicles according to vehicles actuator. The driving control command includes; a full path from source to the destination location; an additional information including the vehicle speed and near-side lane; and an avoidance route corresponding to the generation of obstacle or event.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for searching a QOS(Quality Of Service) guaranteed path are provided to compute an optimum path within a corresponding time by actively adjusting a path searching calculation range from a starting point to a destination using heuristic values. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for searching a QOS guaranteed path comprises a path search scheduler(508) and a path search unit(510). The path search scheduler receives input of a starting point, a destination, and search limit time information through a navigation device, adjusts heuristic values, and extracts a mesh set to estimate a predicted path search time. The path search unit implements path search based on the heuristic values and the mesh set delivered from the path search scheduler. The path search scheduler comprises a level determination part(600), a heuristic value extraction part(602), a mesh set extraction part(604), an estimation part(606), and a heuristic value adjustment part(608).

PURPOSE: A method of providing event situation guiding service to a user terminal is provided to interpret a message which is exchanged with a local server according to sequence message in an application program of a nomadic device. CONSTITUTION: A local server registers a user terminal in a client list if the user terminal is an effective terminal(408,410). The local server transmits meta data to the user terminal(414). The user terminal exchanges the local server, a request frame and a data frame(416). The local server checks generation of an event(418). The local server transmits an event situation guide message to the user terminal(420).

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for estimating position of objects are provided to estimate the position of an object based on the separation distance from the object, moving angle, and position data. CONSTITUTION: The device include a distance calculator(210), an image acquisition unit(220), a positioning unit(230), a synchronization unit(240), and a location decision unit(250). The distance calculator calculates the separation distance from an object through communication. When the distance calculator receives a signal through communication, the image acquisition unit takes a picture of the object. The positioning unit measures the moving direction and position of an object position estimation unit. The synchronization unit tags the reception signal of the distance calculator, the image of the image acquisition unit, and the moving direction and position of the positioning unit. The location decision unit decides the estimated position of the object.

PURPOSE: A puncturing method, a puncturing device thereof, and a decoding method in a puncturing process are provided to increase an error detection performance by connecting a CRC code to control information to be transmitted. CONSTITUTION: A generator(210) generates cordwords which is convoluted by connecting a CRC code to control information with k bits. A first calculation unit(220) looks for a minimum free distance and a hamming weight of generated codewords. A second calculator(230) calculates the number of the punctured bits. A code unit(240) obtains the combination and progression of the codewords. A puncturing unit(250) punctures the position of the minimum element among the elements of the progression. An exclusion unit(260) excludes an adjacent position from a puncturing candidate not to puncture the adjacent position.

PURPOSE: A time synchronization detection device of an orthogonal frequency division multiple access system, a method, and a receiving device are provided to enhance the timing resolution of the motive by using the master clock more than quadruple than a digital sampling signal. CONSTITUTION: A shift register(231) sets one among a plurality of oversampling signals as an on-time signal. The shift register outputs the shifted signal and on-time signal by shifting rest oversampling signals. Mutually correlating the signal coping with among the shifted signal and on-time signal and the signal which it in advance knows, a plurality of correlators(2321-2325) calculates the correlation value. A maximum value detector(233) detects the max value of correlation values energy value. A comparator(234) detects the initial point of frame from the received signal by advance comparing the fixed critical value with the maximum energy.

PURPOSE: A high speed multi-hop transmission method at vehicles communications device and an apparatus thereof are provided so that the separate communications possible between the front and rearward. The data transfer of the whole communications network is improved. CONSTITUTION: A front transmit processor(215) transfers the signal for transmitting a message to the front vehicles to the front transceiver(213). The corresponding signal is a message transmitted through the front antenna(211) to the front vehicles. The signal for transmitting a message to the front vehicles is transmitted from the routing application part(219). The front receive processor(216) receives a message the signal transmitted from the front vehicles through the front transceiver.

CONSTITUTION: A contents packager(401) extracts an element of digital contents according to a usable right received from a digital right manager(101) and performs a packaging. A contents provider(402) receives the packaged digital contents and supplies to a contents using device. The element of the digital contents is classified into grades according to the usable right. The digital right manager includes an authority information collector receiving the authority information from an outside authority information collecting device.
