PURPOSE: A vaccine is provided to effectively and economically prevent 3 types of bacterial diseases with 1-time administration, and thus the vaccine may be effectively used in aquaculture industry. CONSTITUTION: A vaccine for preventing bacterial diseases in fish has activities of kristine arylamidase and naphthol-AS-BI-phosphohydrolase, and includes an antigen derived from an alpha-hemolytic Streptococcus parauberis FPA4164 strain (KCTC 11980BP) separated from a flatfish. A combined inactivated vaccine for preventing bacterial diseases in fish has activities of kristine arylamidase and naphthol-AS-BI-phosphohydrolase, and comprises an antigen derived from an alpha-hemolytic Streptococcus parauberis FPA4164 strain (KCTC 11980BP) separated from a flatfish; an inactivated beta-hemolytic Streptococcus iniae FP5024 (KCTC 11634BP) antigen; and an inactivated beta-hemolytic Edwardsiella tarda FP2018 (KCTC 11145BP) antigen.

PURPOSE: A management system of fish recognizes identifying information tag of each fish through a portable terminal at a fish farm, and it is able to manage the information on a real time basis. CONSTITUTION: A management system of fish comprises each fish (1) of which body is attached on a tag (11), a portable terminal (2), wireless communication (3), a management server (4), and a management DB (5). The tag is able to perform RFID communication and to be attached on or inserted into a body of each fish. The portable terminal is a tag reader performing RFID communication and tagging object information. The management server is transmitted identification numbers confirmed by the portable terminal via wireless communication. Also, the management server transmits that to the portable terminal. The management server is able to display the management information and the farming information corresponding to an identification number of each fish stored in the management DB.

PURPOSE: A high density culturing apparatus for a large amount of microalgae is provided to enhance a growth rate and a culture performance using an LED light device, to optimize the arrangement of the LED light device and a culturing plastic bag, and to save costs and labor for use, maintenance, and repair. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for culturing microalgae using a light device comprises: housing(1) which is assembled with a wall(12), a door(13), and a bottom plate; an LED light device(3) which is mounted at the inner center of the housing; a plurality of plastic bag cases(6) which are mounted in the housing corresponding to both sides of the LED light device; a culturing plastic bags(7) which is inserted into each plastic bag case and stores seawater; an air supply device(4) for supplying outside air into a bubble diffuser; a heater for heating the seawater stored in the culturing plastic bag; and a panel(5) which is mounted on the outside of the housing for operating the LED light device, the air supply device, and the heater.

본 발명의 기술적 과제는 생분해성 잘피 고정판에 잘피를 심고 탄력있는 생분해성 고정 클립으로 잘피를 고정하여 저질(底質)에 설치함으로써 거친 파도나 폭풍우와 같은 환경에서도 잘피의 생존율 및 이식 효과를 높일 수 있는 잘피 이식장치를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 잘피 이식장치는, 적어도 하나 이상의 잘피를 심을 수 있도록 적어도 하나 이상의 관통홀이 길이 방향으로 형성된 잘피 고정판; 각각의 상기 관통홀 내에 장착되고 링 형태의 탄력성 있는 잘피 고정 스폰지; 및 상기 잘피 고정 스폰지를 통해 삽입된 상기 잘피를 상기 잘피 고정판의 하부면에서 고정시키는 고정 클립;을 포함한다.

PURPOSE: A biofiltering tank with a solid material removal function is provided to easily wash a settling tank while blocking the discharge of breeding water and a microbial filter medium, and to effectively supply the breeding water and discharge processed water. CONSTITUTION: A biofiltering tank is used for biological filtration of breeding water by supplying breeding water to the inside of a filtering tank(2) with a bubble diffuser(20) and a microbial filter medium. The filter tank comprises an aeration reactor(2a), a flow settling tank(2b), and a lower partition plate(8). The aeration reactor has the bubble diffuser which is connected with an air injection tube. The flow settling tank is mounted in a cyclone shape at the lower portion of the aeration reactor and induces precipitation of solid materials through circular stream. A first filtration of the solid materials and a second filtration of microorganism are separately performed without interference. A biofiltering performance is maximized by contact of the microbial filter medium with the breeding water and air.

PURPOSE: A novel strain which decomposes marine-derived polybutylene succinate(PBS) and a method for decomposing PBS using the same are provided to effectively decompose waste fishing gear made of a PBS material. CONSTITUTION: A Staphylococcus sp. PBS-1(KACC91577) is able to decompose polybutylene succinate(PBS). A Paenibacillus sp. PBS-2(KACC91578) is able to decompose PBS. A composition for decomposing PBS contains the Staphylococcus sp. PBS-1 or Paenibacillus sp. PBS-2. A method for decomposing PBS comprises a step of treating the Staphylococcus sp. PBS-1 or Paenibacillus sp. PBS-2 to PBS. Waste fishing gear contains PBS.

PURPOSE: A multi-stage circular water tank for a building for breeding live fish is provided to smoothly store and circulate water for the live fish with a minimized circulation piping system, and to easily remove foreign materials from the water tank. CONSTITUTION: A multi-stage circular water tank for a building for breeding live fish includes water tank posts(1), circular wall bodies(3), bottom plates(4), circular water tanks(2), and water level adjusting pipes(6). The circular water tanks for the live fish are installed in multiple layers with the predetermined interval toward the longitudinal direction of the water tank posts. The water tanks include the wall bodies and the bottom plates. The wall bodies have the height gradually decreasing toward the water tanks located on the upper side. Reinforcing connectors are integrated with the wall bodies for inserting the water tank posts. The reinforcing connectors include interval maintaining units.

PURPOSE: A DNA hybridization detection method using gold nanoparticles is provided to enhance speed, accuracy, and sensitivity of DNA hybridization detection and to reduce time and cost due to reduced reaction time. CONSTITUTION: A DNA hybridization detection method comprises: a step of reacting target DNA conjugated with gallic acid to a probe DNA to induce hybridization; a step of removing the target DNA to which unhybridized gallic acid is conjugated; and a step of adding gold ions to the probe DNA which was hybridized with the target DNA and measuring the generation of gold nanoparticles.

PURPOSE: A hybrid type elliptical solar electric generator is provided to increase a power output by efficiently applying direct light and reflected light and to minimize the damage of a solar cell module due to all kinds of shocks. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell module(20) is installed in an empty space of the inner side of an outer case. A cable port(15) for the connection of a cable(16) is installed to the outer case. The outer case and the solar cell module are formed into an oval sphere shape. The solar cell module is composed of an elliptical type module frame, a dye sensitized solar cell(20a), and a silicon solar cell(20b). An LED tube(21) of a ring shape is installed on an external periphery portion of the center side of the solar cell module. A plurality of spacers is installed in the inner side of the outer case.
