Abstract:
PURPOSE: An exhaust gas purification system is provided to reduce wall-wetting of catalysts caused by ammonia or urea and increase a purification rate of nitrogen oxide of an SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction) system. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust gas purification system comprises a temperature sensor, an exhaust flow sensor, a dosing module(120), a SCR unit(130), and a controller(140). The temperature sensor detects temperature of exhaust gas passing through an exhaust line(100). The exhaust flow sensor detects a flow rate of the exhaust gas passing through the exhaust line. The dosing module sprays reducing agents to the exhaust gas with a set cycle and pressure. The SCR unit converts nitrogen oxides into harmless matters by using sprayed reducing agents from the dosing module. The controller changes the set cycle and the set pressure according to the temperature of the exhaust gas and an exhaust flow rate.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an airbag unit is provided to protect the shape of a tearing fabric by folding an airbag without the touching of a tearing fabric. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an airbag unit comprises the following steps. An air bag(100) is folded correspondently to a cushion sidewall(130). In order that the inner side of the cushion sidewall becomes the outside, the cushion sidewall is overturned. The cushion sidewall protects the folded airbag. The cushion sidewall and folded airbag are inserted into an assembling case(400). One side of the cushion sidewall is attached to the airbag and the other end is opened.

PURPOSE: An engine system with a fuel processing device is provided to enable complete combustion since a heating element heats diesel fuel to be within a given range of temperatures, decomposes it chemically and thus an evaporating property is enhanced. CONSTITUTION: An engine system with a fuel processing device comprises a high-pressure pump(110), a fuel rail(150), an injector(160) and a heating element(120). The high-pressure pump pumps diesel fuel from fuel tank(100) at a high pressure. The fuel rail comprises the fuel, which is sent from the high-pressure pump. The injector comprises a nozzle(170), which injects the fuel, provided from the fuel rail, into the cylinder. The heating element is arranged on the entrance of the fuel rail. The heating element heats the fuel to be within a given range of temperatures to chemically decompose the molecules of the fuel.

CONSTITUTION: A device for opening and closing a valve of a valve assembly of a combustion engine and for adjusting the stroke of the valve comprises a lever support(4), a lever(15), a medium lever(25), a cam(3), and a cam-shaft(2). The cam-shaft is supported to be rotated. The lever support is equipped to rotate around the cam shaft in the set mode. The lever is connected to the lever support to be rotated. The lever rotates on the first shaft(17) which is parallel to the cam-shaft. The lever comprises a first contact unit(23) contacted with the cam of the cam-shaft. The medium lever comprises a third contact unit and a fourth contact unit. The medium lever is supported on a second shaft arranged to be parallel to the cam shaft.
