    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the execution of consecutive tuning over the whole of wavelengths of excitation and fluorescence detection by selecting operation parameters of equipment from a lookup table and a signal peaking system and by subjecting them to fine tuning. SOLUTION: In a manual mode, for instance, operation parameters of equipment such as an excitation wavelength, a detection wavelength, band zones of both of them and a form of output data are selected from an application table 10 by a user interface 8. When a light of an ultraviolet or infrared band is inputted to a tuning part (wavelength selector) 3 from a light source 2, the parameter and the band are subjected to fine tuning by a controller 12 and the light is cast on a sample 1 through a converging optical system 4. Fluorescence from the sample 1 enters a tuning part 7 through a coupling optical system 6 and, after the detection wavelength and the form of the output data are subjected to the fine tuning, it is imaged on a detector 5. An image signal is subjected to A/D conversion 13 and an image of a specific type is displayed on a monitor 14 through the interface 8.

The direction of adjusted screws forms a relevant angle from the angle of nomical zero inclination position orthogonal to the reference plane.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To detect sperm antibody on the surface of a sperm by bringing a sperm cell into contact with latex beads that is bound to antihuman immunity globulin and examining the latex beads for the adhesion of beads to the sperm cell. CONSTITUTION: Latex beads is a synthetic water-insoluble polymer that can be dispersed in colloid shape into a water solution. A latex polymer is subjected to mono dispersion, is carboxylate modification polystyrene particle, and performs binding to liberated amine or carboxyl group that exists in immunity globulin. Crosslinking, spacer arm, or other binding parts are first coupled to the latex beads and can be used to adhere the beads to an antibody. They also increase a functional group. When antihuman immunity globulin that is coupled to the latex beads adheres human antibody to the latex beads in a buffer system, the antihuman immunity globulin reacts with human antibody, thus determining the presence of a sperm antibody that directly exists in a sperm.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To achieve an improved stability and to prevent the crystallization phenomenon of chaotropic agent from occurring at a low temperature and at refrigerated storage by setting the mol ratio of a crosslinking binding agent to acrylamide in polyacrylamide to approximately 0.001-1.0. CONSTITUTION: Dissolved substance solubilization chaotropic agent is contained and polyacrylamide that is crosslinked to a crosslinking agent with an expression is contained. Then, the problems of the deterioration of gel and the crystallization of urea are excluded by using a diacrylic compound containing tertiary amide group as a crosslinking binder. Also, the acrylic part in the compound can coexist with polyacrylamide chain that is a feature of bis-acrylamide crosslinking binder. On the other hand, a tertiary structure of nitrogen for the secondary structure in the bis-acrylamide gives a long-term stability for gel and functions as antifreezer.
