SOLUTION: In this device for treating a metallic strand product 1, particularly for pickling a rolled strip 1a, in which carrying can be performed through a treating passage 2, and also, a treating fluid 5 can be projected by turbulence from a nozzle 6, fluid projection 7 is controlled at the inlet 8 of the passage in the carrying direction 9 of the strand product, is oriented so as to dam up the quick drainage of the treating fluid 5 at the outlet 10 of the passage confronted with the carrying direction 9 of the strand product and is useful for the optimization of the treating fluid by the strengthening of the chemical reaction condition, the treating passage 2 is formed of alternately drawn up migrating members 11 on the upper side 2a, the migrating members are respectively provided with some or plural flatly distributed heat exchangers 12 so as to be oriented toward the strand product 1, and the heat energy thereof can be transferred to the treating fluid 5 and/or the strand product 1.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and equipment for treating the surface of a hot rolled metallic strip or a steel sheet which allow to have homogeneous mechanical characteristics ranging over the length and width of the strip. SOLUTION: In the first process, a rolling stock 6 is cooled to a temperature at which generation of scales are limited or restrained ranging over the width and length of the rolling stock homogenously shortly after the last deformation process of the rolling line and, in the second process, according to circumstances weakly scale-generated rolling stock is annealed in the declining atmosphere to completely remove scales on its surface and concurrently to adjust the mechanical characteristics as desired. A coil 7 is unwound with an unwinding device 9 and is fed consecutively into an annealing furnace 8, which comprises a heating zone 13, a holding zone 14, and a cooling zone 15, where de-scaling process and desired organizational adjustment are executed.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adapt a water-cooled line, by changing cooling tubes and a guiding member or a guiding trough, to the diameter of various rolling wire rods which differs by changing of cooling tubes. SOLUTION: When rolling wire rods having air thermal refining, a water- cooled device connected forward is formed within the limits of bigger and bigger diameters of the wire rods. In the case of high rolling speed of up to 120 m/s or more, the limit of the diameter of the wire rods cannot be covered with only one cooling tube but should be rather covered with cooling tubes having various diameters to be guided closely and precisely. The whole water- cooled line 1 formed with many cooling tube lines which are set in parallel and which have cooling tubes coupled each other by the guiding trough 3, set in a cooling water box 2 and having different internal diameters is equipped on a carrier structure. When changing the diameter needed in the cooling tube line, the whole water-cooled line 1 is slided in parallel and in the vertical direction for a rolling wire rods guiding line 7.
