PURPOSE: A method for screening a cosmetic material and cosmetic composition containing a material suppressing TRPV-1(transient receptor potential family V-1) are provided to select a target material which is effective in anti-aging and reduce skin irritation. CONSTITUTION: A material which suppresses activation of TRPV-1(transient receptor potential family V-1) contains extract isolated from one or more selected from Prunus mume Sieb. et Zucc., Pleuropterus multflorus, and Atractylodes japonica Koidxumi or Atractylodes ovate Koidzumi. A cosmetic composition contains 0.001-10 weight%, preferably 0.01-5 weight% of the extract. The cosmetic composition is used in the form of nutrition skin, massage cream, pack gel or lotion, ointment, cream, patch or spray.

A pharmaceutical composition for prevention or treatment of diseases is provided to offer antagonism about vanilloid receptor or transient receptor potential vanilloid. The compound is used for prevention or treatment of the diseases related to activity of TRPV1. A pharmaceutical composition is manufactured by reacting a compound indicated as the chemical formula IIIa with the compound indicated as the chemical formula IIIb under presence of a coupling agent indicated as a chemical formula III. The coupling agent is N,N - dicyclohexylcarbodiimide, EDCl or DMTMM. The pharmaceutical composition includes an antagonist compound of vanilloid receptor and a carrier and salt can be allowed to a pharmaceutical range.

The present invention provides a composition comprising menthol and alike-substances thereof, salicylic acid and alike-substances thereof, and calamine for alleviating skin troubles. According to the present invention, skin trouble alleviation effects of salicylic acid and calamine can be improved when selecting the appropriate combination of menthol and alike-substances thereof, thereby can have fast effects with only a small amount and can be applied to a pharmaceutical composition and a cosmetic composition providing excellent stability and effectiveness when used in vivo.

PURPOSE: A nanoemulsion composition is provided to effectively make fat-soluble vitamins nanoparticles and to stabilize a large amount of vitamins using a small amount of surfactants. CONSTITUTION: A nanoemulsion composition contains fat-soluble vitamins, an alcohol solvent, and a non-ionic surfactant. The fat-soluble vitamins are selected among vitamin A and a derivative thereof, vitamin D and a derivative thereof, vitamin E and a derivative thereof, vitamin F and a derivative thereof, and vitamin K and a derivative thereof. The non-ionic surfactant is selected among hydrogen additive vegetable oil, octyldodeceth, ceteareth, and ceteth. The alcohol solvent is selected among methanol, ethanol, and propanol.

CONSTITUTION: A novel adamantane derivative compound is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, X is -NHCO- or -CONH-; R1 is C0-C5 alkyl or C1-C5 alkoxy; R2 is selected from NO2, CN, and NH2; and R3 is C1-C5 haloalkyl. The anti-androgen composition comprises the compound, isomer thereof, pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, prodrug thereof, anhydride thereof, or a solvent thereof.
