Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing indium tin oxide nano rods on a substrate, an indium tin oxide nano rod transparent electrode, and a device using the same are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by not using expensive metal catalysts. CONSTITUTION: An ITO film is formed on a substrate by vaporizing indium and tin on a substrate. An ITO seed is formed by dissolving the ITO film. An ITO nano rod is grown on the ITO seed by vaporizing indium and tin with a vapor-solid method.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for preparing a bio material using coating of hydroxyapatite/zirconia composites and a bio material prepared by the same are provided to effectively form a hydroxyapatite/zirconia composite ceramic coating layer even in a short processing time and a low processing temperature by employing micro-arc oxidation. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a bio material using coating of hydroxyapatite/zirconia composites comprises steps of: forming electrolyte in an electrolytic cell from a mixed solution of KH_2PO_4, CaCl_2, and ZrCl_4, immersing a titanium anode and a metal cathode with a higher reduction potential than titanium in the electrolytic cell, applying electric current and voltage to the anode and cathode to generate arc discharge that creates plasma, and forming a hydroxyapatite/zirconia composite layer on the titanium surface from ion materials in the electrolytic cell by using the plasma.

본 발명은 산화아연 카드뮴셀레나이드/황화아연 제조 방법 및 이를 이용하여 형성한 혈당 센서에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 먼저 카드뮴셀레나이드/황화아연 양자점을 합성하고, 클로로폼(chloroform)에 분산되어 있는 카드뮴셀레나이드/황화아연 양자점을 바이오 물질 검출에 응용하기 위해 극성 용매에 분산될 수 있는 리간드로 표면을 치환 시키고, 포도당 산화효소를 고정화 시키고 여기에 포도당을 떨어뜨려 그에 따른 카드뮴셀레나이드/황화아연 양자점의 발광이 증가하는 것으로 혈당치를 측정함으로써, 혈당 수치를 용이하게 측정할 수 있도록 하는 발명에 관한 것이다.

A method for manufacturing of zinc oxide cadmium/zinc oxidase quantum is provided to easily bind with a bio material and improve the detection sensitivity of glucose concentration. A method for manufacturing cadmium selenide/zinc sulfide quantum dot comprises: a step of ionizing a cadmium to prepare a first solution; a step of ionizing selenium to make a second solution; a step of adding the second solution to make a third solution having cadmium selenide quantum dot; a step of ionizing zinc and sulfur to make a fourth solution; a step of adding the fourth solution in the third solution to prepare a fifth solution; a step of preparing sixth and seventh solution; and a step of adding n-hydroxysulfo-succinimide, 1-Ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide and glucose oxidase to fix the glucose oxidase in the cadmium selenide/zinc sulfide quantum dot.
