Abstract:
본 발명은 클로스트리디움 셀룰로보란스 ( Clostridium cellulovorans )에 있는 만난아제 (mannanase)에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 만난아제는 우수한 만난아제 활성을 가지고, 셀룰로좀 복합체로써 셀룰레이즈와 함께 목질계의 주성분인 만난을 분해하는데 탁월한 효과를 발휘함으로 목질계 바이오매스로부터 바이오 연료 제조를 위한 공정에 응용이 가능하다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A pretreatment before fixation of cellobiose dehydrogenase on a carrier by covalent bond is provided to maintain cellobiose dehydrogenase activity. CONSTITUTION: A method for fixation of cellobiose dehydrogenase comprises a step of reacting dehydrogenase with one or more saccharides; and a step of fixing cellobiose dehydrogenase on a carrier at 15-60 degrees Celsius for 6-18 hours. The saccharides are monosaccharides, bisaccharides, or polysaccharides. The carrier is silica gel.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A yeast transformant with improved bio-ethanol productivity is provided to use in SSF(simulateous saccharification and fermentation) or consolidated bioprocessing. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant vector, p-alpha-EgE-alpha-BG1 comprises a gene encoding Clostridium sp-derived endoglucanase and gene encoding Saccharomycopsis sp.-derived betaglucosidase. A transformant transformed by the recombinant vector, p-alpha-EgE-alpha-BG1. A bio-ethanol is produced by culturing transformed yeast under the presence of substrate. The substrate is starch or fiber.
