PURPOSE: A nanocomposite containing anionic and cationic polymers and a method for preparing the same are provided to generate synergistic effect of amplifying magnetic resonance signal. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a nanoparticle composite in which a magnetic resonance nano contrast agent is encapsulated in a polymer composite comprises: a step of mixing a contrast agent-containing organic solvent solution with anionic polymer-containing organic solvent solution to prepare an anionic polymer/magnetic resonance imaging nano contrast composite; and a step of adding cationic polymers to the composite.

PURPOSE: A novel microorganism which produces L-type poly gamma glutamic acid is provided to obtain the poly gamma glutamic acid used as a thickening agent, and biodegradable plastic solvent. CONSTITUTION: A novel microorganism, Bacillus megaterium Toha(KCTC 11752BP), produces L-type poly gamma glutamic acid. The strain is derived from a fermented food. The strain has 16S rDNA sequence of sequence number 1 and produces the poly gamma glutamic acid at low salinity. A probiotic composition contains Bacillus megaterium Toha (KCTC 11752BP) and the poly gamma glutamic acid.

본 발명은 음이온성 및 양이온성 고분자를 함유하는 나노복합체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 생체친화성 고분자 물질인 폴리감마글루탐산(γ-PGA)과 키토산의 이온성 자기조립 성질을 이용하여 산화철 기반 나노입자를 γ-PGA/키토산 고분자 복합체 내부로 봉입하여 제조한 폴리감마글루탐산(γ-PGA)/키토산/망간산화철 나노입자의 복합체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 음이온성 폴리감마글루탐산(γPGA)와 양이온성 키토산을 이용한 이온성 조립을 통해 산화철 기반 나노입자는 고분자 복합체 내부로 봉입하여 복합체 내부에 갇혀있는 산화철 기반 나노입자들이 서로간의 상호작용으로 인해 자기공명신호 증폭의 시너지효과를 유발하기 때문에, 하나의 입자로 존재할 때보다 뛰어난 조영 효과가 있는 특징이 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A feed additive containing P5 peptide for replacing antibiotics contains 0.30-0.50 parts of antimicrobial P5 peptide by weight, 3,300-3,500 kcal/kg of energy, 21.0-23.0 parts of crude protein by weight, and 1.0-1.6 parts of lysine by weight. PURPOSE: A method for detecting bacteria causing food poisoning of fruit juice through real time PCR is provided to simply and quickly detect bacteria in fruit juice. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting bacteria causing food poisoning of fruit juice comprises: a step of performing lysis of fruit juice through ultrasonic wave to prepare sample; a step of adding chelating resin to the sample then centrifuging; a step of purifying the sample through gel filtration column to prepare DNA template; a step of performing realtime PCR with prepared DNA template. The gel filtration column is sephadex column.
