본 발명은 주요 식품 위해 세균으로 인식되고 있는 세 가지 그람양성 식중독 세균인, 바실러스 세균( Bacillus cereus ), 포도상구균( Stapylococcus aureus ) 및 리스테리아 세균( Listeria monocytogenesis )의 유무, 특히 포도상구균( Stapylococcus aureus )의 존재 여부를 시료에서 간편하게 탐지할 수 있는 올리고뉴클레오타이드 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: An oligonucleotide for detecting gram positive bacteria causing food poisoning is provided to ensure quick and accuratel detection at once. CONSTITUTION: An oligonucleotide for detecting gram positive bacteria causing food poisoning is used for detect Bacillus cereus, Stapylococcus aureus, or Listeria monocytogenesis. The oligonucleotide for detecting Bacillus cereus contains a sequence of sequence number 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6. The oligonucleotide for Stapylococcus aureus contains a sequence of sequence number 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, or 12. The oligonucleotide for detecting Listeria monocytogenesis contains a sequence of sequence number 13, 14, 15, or 16.

PURPOSE: An agent containing detoxificated lipopolysaccharide for inhibiting a biofilm is provided to control the effective formation of the biofilm. CONSTITUTION: An agent for preventing or inhibiting a biofilm by bacteria contains detoxificated lipopolysaccharide. The polysaccharide is derived from Escherichia coli, Vibrio vulnificus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Vibrio cholerae, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Enteropathogenic Escherichia coli, and Enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli. The bacteria contain gram negative bacteria and gram positive bacteria.

PURPOSE: A novel strain for biodegradation of food waste is provided to ensure high thermal resistance, salt resistance, and acid resistance. CONSTITUTION: A Sphingomonas SP. SG-007 strain(deposit number: KCTC 18129P) for biodegradation of food waste has simutaneous lysis activity of protein, nucleic acid and lipid. The spingomonas sp. SG-007 strain is isolated from digestive organ of insect(ant, centipede, bee, moth, dragonfly, cicada, cricket, fly, earwig) and animal(spider, earthworm).
