PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring acoustic property of turbulent flow of moving object in underwater is provided to measure the acoustic property of turbulent by accurately positioning an underwater moving object. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring acoustic property of turbulent flow of moving object in underwater comprises an underwater moving object(10), a turbulent flow acoustic property measuring part(50) and a location signal generator(30). The underwater moving object moves in underwater. The turbulent flow acoustic property measuring part measures the property of the turbulence formed with the underwater moving object in underwater using a sound sensor. The underwater moving object recognizes the location of the turbulent flow acoustic property measuring part.

PURPOSE: A method for estimating the property of a corresponding signal is provided to estimate the property of a corresponding signal using a correlation model of an aquatic and video signal property. CONSTITUTION: A method for estimating the property of a corresponding signal is as follows. The acoustic signal about the bubble resistance of the aquatic box and video signal are obtained(S901). It is determined whether the signal obtaining as the source signal for the property estimation of the corresponding signal is the acoustic signal(S902). If the obtained signal is the video signal, the property of the bubble resistance using the video signal is analyzed and the characteristic values of the bubble resistance are extracted(S903). The video property value in which the acoustic signal and correlation have among the characteristic values of the extracted bubble resistance is extracted(S904). The property estimate of the acoustic signal about the bubble resistance is gotten with the application of the correlation model of acoustic and video signal(S906).

The present specification provides an encryption system and a method thereof based on properties of a cyphertext policy, being safe from a chosen cyphertext attack wherein the length of the cyphertext is a constant. For this, disclosed is the encryption system based on properties of the cyphertext policy according to an embodiment comprising: a system setup part for generating a master secret key and a public parameter of a system; a secret key generation part for generating the secret key for a system user based on the master secret key, the public parameter and a set of properties; a cyphertext generation part for a cyphertext generation key and the cyphertext based on the public parameter, the property set, a critical value related to the property set and a transmission object message; and a decryption part for decrypting the message based on the public parameter, the cyphertext and the secret key, wherein the length of the cyphertext is a constant. PURPOSE: An effective one-dimensional separation weighted value application method for a flat sensor alignment is provided to implement a transmission beam characteristic in which a one-dimensional separation weighted value is applied. CONSTITUTION: A flat sensor alignment indicates two-dimensional matrix according to the state of a sensor (a). The number of effective sensors is obtained according to the state of the sensor (b). A one-dimensional design weighted value of a two-dimensional weighted value is designed, and the result weighted value of the real two-dimensional weighted value is obtained (c). The error of a target weighted value is obtained from the set two-dimensional target weighted value (d). When the design of the one-dimensional weighted value is changed according to the change of the effective sensor, the one-dimensional design weighted value is set to minimize each error (e). The one-dimensional separation weighted value is applied to the sensors of the flat sensor alignment (f). PURPOSE: A FM target signal detector using a correlation arrangement sum filter and a method thereof are provided to obtain a correlation result of high precision according to a target Doppler shift frequency change, thereby rearranging and summing the obtained correlation result of the high precision. CONSTITUTION: A correlation arrangement sum filter delays and rearranges each of a plurality of FM Doppler correlation results. The correlation arrangement sum filter sums the rearranged FM Doppler correlation results. The correlation arrangement sum filter finds a function of a correlation degree for a received target signal. A multiplier multiplies a result value of the correlation arrangement sum filter and a predetermined scale value. A comparator compares the result value of the multiplier and a detection standard value of a target. The comparator determines a location and whether or not of existing of the target. PURPOSE: A device and a method for computing a real-time spectrum and a recording medium for recording the method are provided to reduce the amount of required computation. CONSTITUTION: A device for computing a real-time spectrum comprises an input module(510), a serial/parallel converter(520), a processor(530), and an output module(540). The input module receives a time domain signal. The serial/parallel converter converts the time domain signal into serial data and transmits the serial data to the processor. The processor computes spectrum data from the serial data. The output module outputs the computed spectrum data to the outside.
