Abstract:
본 발명은 그을음병과 같은 식물병을 일으키는 해충인 담배가루이의 방제를 위한 참딱부리긴노린재의 대량 사육 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 (a) 바닥면에 흡습부재가 깔려져 있고, 줄알락명나방 알이 균질하게 투여되어 있는 사육용기에 참딱부리긴노린재 알을 접종하는 단계; (b) 사육용기에 토마토 또는 참외 건조잎과 수분을 함유하는 탈지면을 부재로써 투입하는 단계; (c) 온도 25∼30℃, 습도 70∼80%의 조건으로 25~35일간 사육하여 성충으로 후화시키는 단계; 및 (d) 후화된 성충을 체로 걸러 수거하는 단계를 포함하는 참딱부리긴노린재의 사육방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 참딱부리긴노린재의 대량 사육 방법은 약제에 의한 저항성 발달이 빠른 담배가루이 등의 생물적 방제 재료를 대량으로 생산하여 담배가루이 방제에 사용할 수 있으며, 사육 부재로서 키친 타올, 건조한 토마토 잎 또는 참외 잎 등을 사용하여 비용을 절감할 수 있는 효과를 가진다.

PURPOSE: A breeding method of meteorus pulchricornis (Wesmael) is provided to be able to breed meteorus pulchricornis (Wesmael) capable of spawn and spodoptera litura larva so as to reach the population ratio of 1:25 to 1:100. CONSTITUTION: A breeding method of meteorus pulchricornis (Wesmael) comprises a step of putting meteorus pulchricornis capable of spawn and spodoptera litura larva in a breeding facility so as to become the population ratio of 1:25 to 1:100 and breeding by feeding plant-originated fodder. The plant-originated fodder is beans. The population ratio of meteorus pulchricornis (Wesmael) and spodoptera litura larva is 1:40 to 1:60. The cultivation with the leguminous plants is possible with cultivation crops. The cultivation crop is selected from the group consisting leguminous plants, bean, red pepper, paprika, eggplant, potato, strawberry, corn, Chinese cabbage and radish. PURPOSE: A method for massively rearing geocoris pallidipennis is provided to produce natural enemies for Bemisia tabaci. CONSTITUTION: A method for mass rearing geocoris pallidipennis is as follows. Japanese butterbur pyrausgta egs are evenly put into a breeding container equipped with a moisture absorbing member and absorbent cotton. The absorbent cotton containing moisture and dried tomato or melon leaves are put into the breeding container. Geocoris pallidipennis imago is inoculated in the breeding container and is bred at 25-30 deg.C and 70-80% humid condition for 25-35 days. The imago and members are eliminated and the absorbent cotton is collected. The absorbent cotton including geocoris pallidipennis eggs is put into the breeding container. The imago is filtered with sieve and is collected.

PURPOSE: An artificial feed for protaetia spp, a producing method thereof, and a breeding method of the protaetia spp using thereof are provided to increase the weight of the protaetia spp, and to improve the imago development rate of larvae. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an artificial feed for protaetia spp comprises the following steps: preparing oak sawdust with the size of 250~350meshes; mixing the oak sawdust with wheat brand in a weight ratio of 90~70:10~30; fermenting the mixture for 30~50days at 23~27deg C, inside a breeding box having a layer formed with charcoal powder or yellow soil; obtaining hatched larvae of the protaetia spp; and storing the larvae for 25~40days at 8~11deg C inside the breeding box.

PURPOSE: A method of rearing tree poplar longicorn beetle, a composition of feed for larva and a composition of feed for imago are provided, which allow optimal feed environment. CONSTITUTION: A method of rearing tree poplar longicorn beetle comprises: a step of obtaining incubation larva by hatching egg of the cherry tree poplar longicorn beetle; a step of obtaining the matured experience larva by breeding incubation larva; a step of breaking dormancy of matured experience larva; a step of obtaining chrysalis by liquefying the matured larva; a step of obtaining imago by emerging chrysalis; and a step of naturally inducing the copulation and spawning of imago.

CONSTITUTION: A breeding method of nesidiocoris tenuis comprises: steps(1,2) of receiving the nesidiocoris tenuis egg using tobacco leaf; steps(3,4) that the tobacco leaf is stuck in the vessel containing water and is kept until nymph hatches; a step(5) that the tobacco leaf is put into a cage and is supplied with feed; and a step(6) for emerging imago from nymph and harvesting.
