    Abstract: PURPOSE: A liposome containing phospholipid and an acetylene group is provided to manufacture a sensor with enhanced sensitivity and to sensitively detect a target material in a sample. CONSTITUTION: A liposome containing an acetylene group comprises lipid bilayer containing first and second lipid molecules. The first lipid molecule is a diacetylene molecule with an epoxy group at the end. The second lipid molecule is diacyl glycerol-3-phosphate molecule. The diacetylene molecule has a structure of formula I. The diacyl glycerol-3-phosphate molecule is 1,2-dimyristoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphate (DMPA). A method for detecting a target material in a sample comprises the steps of: contacting a target material-binding material with the target material in the sample; detecting an optical signal; and identifying the target material from the optical signal.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A disinfecting apparatus of chlorine dioxide gas is provided to prevent or treat sacbrood which a honey bee viral transmittable disease. CONSTITUTION: A disinfecting apparatus of chlorine dioxide comprises: a holder(100); a print circuit substrate(200) which is mounted at the side of the holder and has a UV LED; a power supply unit(300) which applies power to the print circuit substrate; and a medicine receiving unit(400) which is mounted at the holder and contained stabilized chlorine dioxide. The stabilized chlorine dioxide is gel, liquid, or solid phase. The power supply unit has an AC to DC converter for applying a current power of 3-9 bolts to the print circuit substrate.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A PAM-pCD163 cell line for isolating porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS) virus is provided to develop a vaccine and to prevent PRRS. CONSTITUTION: A PAM-pCD163 cell line is prepared by expressing pCD163 in PAM cells through a retrovirus prepared by transforming plasmid containing pCD163 genes into HEK293 cells. The plasmid is pFB-Zeo-pCD163. A method for preparing the cell line comprises: a step of performing transfection of VSV-G glycoprotein and MMLVgag/pol gene, and a plasmid containing pCD163 into HEK293 cells to prepare retrovirus; and a step of inoculating the retrovirus into the PAM cells.
