본 발명은 살모넬라 티피뮤리움(Salmonella typhimurium), 살모넬라 엠반다카(Salmonella mbandaca), 및 살모넬라 엔테라이티디스(Salmonella enteritidis)에서 추출한, 그룹특이성 및 민감성이 우수하고 항원성이 뛰어난 LPS(lipopolysaccaride)를 혼합하여 항원으로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동물의 살모넬라 감염항체 검사키트를 제공한다.
Abstract:
본 발명은 우역바이러스 항체 검출용 키트의 제조 또는 우역에 감염된 동물의 생체내 면역수준 평가 등에 활용할 수 있는 항원 정보의 제공에 유용한, 우역바이러스 뉴클레오캡시드(nucleocapsid) 단백질의 아미노산 서열 중 우역바이러스 항체가 특이적으로 반응하는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 신규 합성 펩타이드에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for diagnosis of foot and mouth disease and a diagnostic kit are provided, thereby rapidly and accurately diagnosing foot and mouth disease with a small amount of a sample, and easily and rapidly diagnosing foot and mouth disease of domestic animals in the field. CONSTITUTION: The method for diagnosis of foot and mouth disease comprises the steps of: (1) introducing a testing sample into a loading area of a strip; (2) combining a detecting reagent with a marker with a target material in the sample to prepare a complex; (3) developing the complex on a membrane; and (4) measuring the appearance change of a reaction portion having one or more fixing phase selected from antigen, antibody or hapten which is obtainable through the immune reaction from FMDV in a certain region of the membrane. The diagnostic kit comprises a reaction portion(13) having one or more fixing phase selected from antigen, antibody or hapten which is obtainable through the immune reaction from FMDV; a strip(1') having a control portion for determining normal operation on a certain region; a testing sample introducing portion; and a housing with a displaying window(4) for displaying reaction results in the reaction portion(13) and the control portion. on the strip(1').

PURPOSE: A VP7 antigen of African horse sickness virus(AHSV) and a diagnostic method of African horse sickness(AHS) using a monoclonal antibody therefor are provided, thereby rapidly and accurately diagnosing AHSV. CONSTITUTION: A diagnostic method of African horse sickness(AHS) using a monoclonal antibody to VP7 antigen of African horse sickness virus(AHSV) comprises the steps of: (1) adhering a monoclonal antibody for VP7 antigen of African horse sickness virus(AHSV) to a solid support; (2) binding the VP7 antigen of AHSV with the monoclonal antibody adhered to the solid support; (3) reacting a sample containing an antibody for a VP7 protein with the VP7 antigen of AHSV; (4) reacting a secondary antibody selected from the group consisting of an enzyme conjugated antibody, a radioactive material conjugated antibody and a fluorescent material conjugated antibody, with the antibody of the step 3; and (5) quantifying the antibody in the sample, wherein the monoclonal antibody for VP7 antigen of African horse sickness virus(AHSV) is produced from a hybridoma cell(KCTC 10136BP).
