PURPOSE: A composition containing a DNA marker for selecting Oryza sativa with green rice leaf hopper-resistant gene Grh1 is provided to efficiently distinguish green rice leaf hopper resistant and sensitive individual. CONSTITUTION: A composition for selecting Oryza sativa species with green rice leaf hopper-resistance contains a primer for detecting the presence of an oligonucleotide or a fragment thereof. The primer is one or more primer sets selected from sequence numbers 1-14. The primer set is one or more primer sets selected from sequence numbers 3-14. A method for selecting the Oryza sativa species comprises: a step of isolating genome DNA from Oryza sativa samples; a step of amplifying a target sequence using the genome DNA as a template and the primer set; and a step of detecting the amplifies product. The sample is derived from roots, leaves, stems, flowers, or buds of Oryza sativa. A kit for selecting Oryza sativa species with green rice leaf hopper-resistance contains the primer set selected from sequence numbers 1-14, restriction enzyme, and reagent.

본 발명은 왕겨 및 쌀겨를 함유한 생분해성, 광분해성 바이오 필름 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 왕겨, 쌀겨, 전분, 이산화티탄 및 생분해성 폴리에스터를 포함하는 생분해성, 광분해성 바이오 필름 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 생분해성, 광분해성 바이오 필름은 포장 작물의 생육환경에서 적합한 강도를 보유하며 생육기간이 끝나면 토양에서 분해되므로 포장 필름의 잔존에 따른 환경오염 문제를 방지하며, 포장 필름 수거비용 및 처리비용을 경감할 수 있다.

본 발명은 새싹보리 유래 폴리코사놀 성분인 헥사코사놀, 옥타코사놀 등의 폴리코사놀의 함량이 높은 추출물 및 그의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 본 추출방법은 보리를 품종별로 파종하여 발아시켜 길이가 15∼25cm 전후로 될 때 뿌리를 제외한 지상부를 수확하여 건조, 분쇄하여 헥산 또는 주정으로 추출, 농축 및 유기용매를 진공에서 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하여, 고농도의 헥사코사놀, 옥타코사놀 등의 폴리코사놀을 함유하는 추출물을 제조하는 방법과 최적 수확시기, 최적추출방법 및 보리품종 선발에 관한 것이다. 헥사코사놀, 옥타코사놀 등의 폴리코사놀은 콜레스테롤 개선, 항동맥경화, 항당뇨, 항혈전, 항균활성, 지구력 강화 및 기능성 화장료로 효과가 있음이 알려져 있다. 또한, 새싹보리 유래 헥산 추출물에 대한 헥사코사놀, 옥타코사놀 등의 폴리코사놀의 구성성분에 대한 정량분석 과 AMP(Adenosine monophosphate)Kinase 인산화 활성 단백질의 발현 검정 등을 수행하였으며 새싹보리의 헥사코사놀, 옥타코사놀 및 폴리코사놀을 함유하는 추출물을 이용한 조성물들은 콜레스테롤 개선, 항동맥경화, 당뇨, 항균, 혈전용해, 피부활력 증가 및 지구력증진 등의 건강 기능성 식품, 기능성 화장품 등의 원료 및 제품 등에 이용될 수 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to functional baby powder using rice and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention comprises a step of dehusking brown rice, finely grinding the dehusked rice, and coating thereby commercializing in order to develop rice as baby powder. The prevent invention is characterized by manufacturing excellent rice baby powder through a process of removing fats in order to prevent aggregatio onf the powder; obtaining white powder; selecting an optimal particle size which is proper for processing while having antioxidation activity and whitening activity of rice powder; and improving touch feeling and reducing moisture absorption rate by essential oil and silicon oil coating.

The present invention relates to an automatic opening and closing device for collecting pathogenic microorganism spores which includes a hollow case with an opening, a control unit located on the case, and a spore collecting drive module located inside the case. The spore collecting drive module includes: a collecting container opening and closing unit; a collecting container mounting unit for mounting a collecting container opened and closed by the collecting container opening and closing unit; and a collecting container transfer unit moving the collecting container mounting unit forwards and backwards. The present invention uses a structure which automatically opens, closes, and transfers the container for storing spores for collecting pathogenic microorganism air spores and air air-born fungi in real time and securing the accurate prediction materials.

PURPOSE: An extract with high content of barley sprout-derived policosanol, and a method for preparing the same are provided to produce health functional food and a functional cosmetic product for treating cholesterol, arteriosclerosis, and diabetes with antibacterial property, thrombolysis, and skin vitality. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating cholesterol, arteriosclerosis, or diabetes contains a barley sprout extract as an active ingredient, and activates phosphorylation of AMPK(Adenosine monophosphate kinase). The pharmaceutical composition contains a compound selected among compound denoted by chemical formulas 1-9. A method for preparing the compounds denoted by the chemical formulas comprises: a step of freeze-drying barley sprouts and pulverizing; a step of extracting the barley sprouts with C1-C4 alcohol or n-hexane; a step of adding water and suspending; a step of adding an organic solvent, and obtaining each fraction; and a step of eluting the fraction on a silicagel column.
