PURPOSE: A gene marker of Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae causing bacterial leaf blight is provided to quickly and accurately determine gene polymorphism. CONSTITUTION: A gene marker of Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae contains a base sequence of sequence number 1, 2, or 3. A primer pair has sequence numbers 4 and 5 which are specific to the base of sequence number 1. A primer pair has sequence numbers 6 and 7 which are specific to the base of sequence number 2. A primer pair has sequence numbers 8 and 9 which are specific to the base of sequence number 3. A method for determining infection of bacterial leaf blight comprises: a step of preparing rice plant sample; a step of performing PCR using the primer; and a step of confirming PCR product by electrophoresis.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A novel compound isolated from Phomopsis lingicolla ssp. and a method for preparing the same are provided to develop antibiotics and to ensure antibacterial activity. CONSTITUTION: A novel compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. The compound of chemical formula 1 is obtained by isolating culture liquid of Phomopsis lingicolla ssp. or chemically synthesized. A method for preparing the compound of chemical formula 1 or derivative thereof comprises: a step of culturing Phomopsis lingicolla ssp. and isolating spawn lump from the culture liquid; a step of adding a polar solvent to the spawn lump and filtering to obtain a crude extract; a step of extracting the crude extract with non-polar solvent and decompressing; and a step of performing gel filtration chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography. A pharmaceutical formulation contains the compound of chemical formula 1 or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient.

PURPOSE: A method for screening an inhibitor against rice plant pathogen is provided to simply and efficiently screen inhibitors against various pathogens. CONSTITUTION: A method for confirming disease occurrence by pathogen using rice plant leaf fragment comprises: a step of immersing a rice plant leaf fragment and adding pathogen of rice plant into a container; a step of adding test material to the container having pathogen; and a step of immersing the rice plant leaf fragment to induce diseases. The pathogen is Xanthomonas campestris pv. oryzae.

본 발명은 감귤류의 궤양병 병원균( Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. citri )의 특이 DNA 단편을 신속, 정확하게 검출할 수 있는 PCR 프라이머 셋트 및 상기 프라이머 셋트를 이용한 궤양병 병원균 신속 검출방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서 제공하는 프라이머 셋트는 궤양병 병원균의 hrpW 유전자에 특이적으로 작용한다. 본 발명에 의한 프라이머 셋트는 궤양병 병원균에 대해서만 증폭밴드를 형성하므로, 짧은 시간 내에 궤양병 병원균의 존재여부를 DNA 수준에서 검출할 수 있다. 따라서 본 발명에 의하면 궤양병의 병 발생 예찰 및 사후 약제방제처리에 신속하게 대응할 수 있게 한다. 궤양병, 감귤류, 특이 프라이머, 검출
