Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for producing Seonghwan-commercial chicken number one and a method for distinguishing the product are provided to improve the quality of the product and to obtain peculiar genetic properties. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing Seonghwan-commercial chicken number one is as follows. Genomic DNA is extracted from hen species to be analyzed. PCR(Polymerase Chain Reaction) is performed by using a primer pair of the sequence number 3 and 4. The insertion of the sequence number 1 and 2 is confirmed from the PCR amplification product. PCR is performed by using the primer pair of the sequence number 5 and 6. The restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis is performed by using Alu I restriction enzyme.

본발명은연산오계닭의품종판단용 SNP 마커및 이의용도에관한것으로, 보다구체적으로본 발명은연산오계닭의품종을판단할수 있는 SNP 마커, 상기 SNP 마커를이용하여연산오계닭의품종을정확, 신속하게판단할수 있는키트, 마이크로어레이및 연산오계닭의품종판단방법에관한것이다. 본발명의 SNP 마커를활용하면, 신속하고정확한토종닭판별이가능하며, 토종닭과의교잡종을판별할수 있다.

The present invention provides a new variety of Woorimatdag 2 produced by interbreeding a black Cornish cock with Woorimatdag breed hen 2 (F1), which is produced by interbreeding a brown Cornish cock with a brown Korean native hen or a Rhode island red hen. Further, the present invention provides a new variety of Woorimatdag 3 produced by interbreeding a Rhode island red cock with Woorimatdag breed hen 3 (F1), which is produced by interbreeding a yellow brown, black, gray brown, or white Korean native cock and a Rhode island red hen.
