Abstract:
본 발명은 흑색 코니쉬(Black Cornish) 수컷과, 적갈색 재래닭(Reddish brown Korean native chicken) 수컷에 로드아일랜드 레드 암컷을 교배하여 생산된 성환종계 1호 암컷(F1)을 교배하여 생산된 신품종 성환실용계 1호와 이를 판별하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 성환실용계 1호는 순수 재래닭과 비교하였을 때 체중, 사료요구율, 산란수를 향상될 뿐만 아니라, 국민식성에 알맞은 고기맛과 육질을 갖고 있다. 특히 풍미에 영향을 미치는 비단백태질소화합물(NPN)을 포함하며, 콜라겐, 아미노산 함량이 높으며, 지방산 중 올레산의 함량, 혈중 콜레스테롤 함량을 낮추는 불포화지방산의 함량이 높게 나타난다.

PURPOSE: A method for producing Seonghwan-commercial chicken number one and a method for distinguishing the product are provided to improve the quality of the product and to obtain peculiar genetic properties. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing Seonghwan-commercial chicken number one is as follows. Genomic DNA is extracted from hen species to be analyzed. PCR(Polymerase Chain Reaction) is performed by using a primer pair of the sequence number 3 and 4. The insertion of the sequence number 1 and 2 is confirmed from the PCR amplification product. PCR is performed by using the primer pair of the sequence number 5 and 6. The restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis is performed by using Alu I restriction enzyme.

PURPOSE: A lactic acid bacterium for higher productivity of livestock is provided, which microorganism has improved acid and bile acid tolerances to survive in the intestines of livestock, and improved pathogenic bacteria inhibiting activity to replace antibiotics. CONSTITUTION: The lactic acid bacterium for higher productivity of livestock is Lactobacillus crispatus Gyesan (KCTC-10326BP), wherein Lactobacillus crispatus Gyesan (KCTC-10326BP) is isolated from the intestines of livestock; and Lactobacillus crispatus Gyesan (KCTC-10326BP) has the following properties: (1) rod shape, (2) non-mobility, (3) non-spore forming, (4) Gram positive, (5) optimal temperature of 37 to 39 deg. C, (6) optimal pH of 6.3 to 6.7, (7) facultative anaerobic, and (8) lactic acid production.

본 고안은 겨울철 육계사 내부환기를 시키면서도 축사내의 온도를 높게 유지할 수 있도록 하여 연료용 에너지를 절감함과 동시에 외부의 찬공기의 축체접촉을 차단하여 각종 호흡기성 질병을 예방할 수 있도록 한 육계사용 에너지 절감형 환기장치에 관한 것이다. 본 고안은 육계사의 내부 환기를 위한 환기장치에 있어서, 계사의 지붕을 관통하여 설치되고 내부에 휀이 설치되는 배출관과; 상기 배출관의 하부에 결합되고 계사의 하부로 펼쳐지는 자바라관과; 상기 자바라관의 하부에 결합되고 내부공기를 흡입하는 배출캡과; 상기 배출관의 하부에 설치되고 배출캡의 상부에 연결된 당김와이어를 감아주는 구동축을 회전시키는 전동모우터와; 상기 배출캡의 하부에 설치되어 배출캡과의 거리가 조절되는 조절캡이 구비됨에 따라, 계사 환기시 찬공기가 직접 축체에 접촉되는 것을 차단하므로서, 계사내의 적온(보온)유지에 필요한 연료를 절약할 수 있어 난방비를 절감할 수 있고, 계사 내부 온도를 항상 최적의 온도(생리적 적온 20℃)를 유지할 수 있어, 내부 온도 변화에 따른 호흡기성 질병을 에방하여 육계의 육성율을 높일 수 있는 것이다.

본 발명은 토종 순계를 이용하여 다원 교배를 통해 이용목적에 알맞은 우량형질을 갖춘 토종 신품종인 우리맛닭 1호 및 2호를 개발하여, 토종닭 순계의 낮은 성장률을 개선하고 품질이 우수한 토종 닭고기를 생산하여 상기 닭고기의 이용성을 증진시키기 위해, 다양한 조리 레시피를 개발하였다.
