    Abstract: PURPOSE: Supplementary health food containing angelica keiskei powder, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the antioxidant benefits of angelica keiskei to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a supplementary health food containing angelica keiskei powder comprises the following: washing and cutting angelica keiskei; freezing the cut angelica keiskei for 12-36 hours, and drying the frozen angelica keiskei for 35-38 hours at 45-48 deg C; crushing the dried angelica keiskei to 50-250 meshes; mixing 10-20wt% of angelica keiskei powder, 10-20wt% of rice powder, 5-10wt% of caramel color, 25-30wt% of malt ion taffy, 10-15wt% of fructose, 10-15wt% of glucose, 1-5wt% of maltodextrine, 3-10wt% of sunflower seed oil, and 0.05-1wt% of lecithin; and adding a sitologically acceptable food additive into the mixture.
