A fraction of Dalbergia odorifera containing fisetin and 3'-hydroxydidzein is prepared by dissolving Dalbergia odorifera in methanol or a mixed solvent of water and methanol, filtering the solution, adding ethylacetate or butanol into the filtered solution, filtering the solution, and concentrating the filtered solution under reduced pressure.
