Abstract: 본발명은형광체수지필름의제조방법및 이에의해제조된형광체수지필름에관한것으로, 보다상세하게는폴리머수지와잠재성경화제를용매에혼합하여폴리머슬러리를마련하는단계, 상기폴리머슬러리를필름형상을갖도록도포하는단계, 상기도포된폴리머슬러리를건조시켜반경화된수지필름을형성하는단계및 상기반경화된수지필름상에형광체분말을제공하는단계를포함하는형광체수지필름제조방법, 및폴리머수지와잠재성경화제를포함하며반경화된수지필름및 상기반경화된수지필름의일면에상기형광체가균일하게개재된형광체수지필름에관한것이다. 본발명의형광체수지필름제조방법은반경화된필름을제조한후 후속적으로형광체입자를제공함으로써넓은면적에걸쳐형광체의균일한분포를가능하게하며, LED 형광특성이우수하고다양한 LED 칩및 패키지구조물에전사(transfer)또는라미네이션이가능하다. 본발명의방법에의하면형광체분말의침전, 이로인한불균일한광학특성, 페이스트분배(dispensing) 시발생하는양 조절문제등을개선할수 있다.

Abstract: A transfer unit and an imaging apparatus are provided to release a locking with an imaging apparatus body by an action of grasping a knob of the transfer unit. A transfer unit body contains a printing medium delivery body to move a printing medium and receive an image. A body knob(35) is used when mounting and demounting the transfer unit body in and from an imaging apparatus. A locking/unlocking unit(40) locks and unlocks the transfer unit body in and from the imaging apparatus.
