Abstract: PURPOSE: A refrigerator which keeps foods fresh by spraying microbicide to the food and a control method of the same are provided to decide that the food goes bad using a bacteria sensor. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator comprises a receiving part, a bacteria sensor(70), a spraying part(90), and a controller. The receiving part contains the foods and located in a storage room. The bacteria sensor is formed in the receiving part. The bacteria of the receiving part are sensed by the bacteria sensor. The spraying part sprays the microbicide to the receiving part. According to a sensing signal of the bacteria sensor, the controller decides the bacteria on the receiving part and controls the operation of spraying part.

Thus, the present invention provides a fermentation apparatus for customizing a fermentation level and a method thereof, which memorizes a desired fermentation level and repeatedly provides food at a desired fermentation level by selecting a memorized fermentation level.
