Abstract:
PURPOSE: A blog rank method for effectively searching a blog by using a blog rank algorithm is provided to efficiently search a blog by using a blog rank algorithm which evaluates a blog page. CONSTITUTION: A blog rank algorithm evaluates a fame of a blogger which writes a blogger page, the trackback connectivity of the blog page, and the user reaction of the blog page. The blog rank algorithm evaluates the blog page based on the evaluation result.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for extracting various sized Korean captions and a recording medium recording the same are provided to extract captions by determining whether connection objects are a caption or a background. CONSTITUTION: A caption candidate connection object image is produced by extracting a connection object from edges connected to a caption edge candidate image(S40). The pixel rate of the directional edges and the brightness variation of center pixels of the connection object are calculated. According to the decision tree, the connection object is adjudged as a caption or a background and a caption search result image is produced. A preprocessed image corresponding to connection object belonging to the caption search result image is binarized into the caption and the background and the binarized caption image is extracted(S50).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A device and control method for measuring degree of sequence similarity is provided to measure the similarity degree between sequence s by normalizing the sequence length based on the matrix according to dynamic programming. CONSTITUTION: A matrix generating unit(100) generates the matrix according to the dynamic programming using two sequences. A normalization unit(300) substitutes the element value of the last row/column to the sequence length normalization formula and calculates the standard value of the similarity degree. A similarity degree measuring unit(500) measures the similarity degree between two sequences according to the standard value. The sequence length normalization formula calculates the standard value of the similarity degree which is proportional to the element value of the last row/column of the matrix and the average of the reciprocal of the length between two sequences.

An ontology system for situation recognition and a method for managing the ontology are provided to define a context information as a class type, and express various context information such as additional information of context. A context broker mean receives context information from a sensing device(1), and verifies the validity. A context management mean(20) converts the context information verified at the context broker mean to OWL(Ontology Web Language) data, and forms ontology structure. An inference engine mean(30) modifies the converted context information to SWRL(Semantic Web Rule Language) by inference process. A study management mean(40) processes the context information from the context management mean through the study process. A database stores the converted data at the study management mean.

PURPOSE: A wireless power supply device using a UWB and MIMO antenna and a battery controlling method thereof are provided to stably transmit data and prevent interference between wireless signal antennas by controlling the charging of a battery according to the requirement of data transmission. CONSTITUTION: A wireless signal receiver(110) receives a UWB wireless signal and a plurality of MIMO antennas. A battery unit(160) stores power from the wireless signal receiver. A signal converter(120) extracts a data signal from a wireless signal received by the wireless signal receiver. A controller(140) controls the battery unit or signal converter according to the operation of the wireless terminal and the information of the battery unit. PURPOSE: A method for simulating processor power and a system thereof are provided to prefabricate power consumption about each instruction executed in a processor as look up table, thereby rapidly calculating power consumption about a specific code composed of the instruction. CONSTITUTION: A lookup table unit(120) stores power consumption of an instruction executed in a target processor(110). A code inputting unit(130) receives a target code executed in the target processor. A code power measuring unit(140) measures power consumption about the target code inputted in the code inputting unit by using power consumption information about the instruction stored in the lookup table unit. An optimal code detecting unit detects a minimum power consumption code by comparing power consumption between the target codes when the target codes executing the same function are inputted.
