Abstract:
PURPOSE: Long phosphorescent phosphors are provided to ensure excellent afterglow, brightness, and color and to enable use as a car trunk lever, safety signboard, luminous paint, and light emitting device. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing long phosphorescent alkaline earth metal-aluminate-based phosphor powder comprises the steps of: preparing a mixed metal compound aqueous solution including an alkaline earth metal compound, aluminum compound, europium compound as an activator, and dysprosium compound as a co-activator; adding a flux to the mixed metal compound aqueous solution; impregnating the mixed metal compound aqueous solution to which the flux is added in a polymer material, injecting the resultant in a heated furnace for quick calcinations, and after cooling the resultant, sintering the resultant at 1000°C-1300°C in a reducing atmosphere.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for preparing aluminate phosphors including alkaline earth metals is provided to prepare phosphor powder with a nano-submicron, uniform particle size distribution, and excellent luminous efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing aluminate phosphors including alkaline earth metals comprises the steps of: impregnating a metal salt solution including alkaline-earth metal salt and aluminum salt in a polymer; and firing the precursor in a furnace preheated to the temperature of 500-1000 °C for a short time and again firing the precursor in a reducing atmosphere at a temperature of 1000-1500 °C.

본원은 염화물을 포함한 실리케이트계 형광체를 알칼리성 물질로 처리하는 것을 포함하는, 염화물계 또는 산화물계 형광체 분말의 제조 방법 및 이에 의하여 제조된 염화물계 또는 산화물계 형광체 분말에 관한 것으로서, 염화물을 이용한 강력한 산화 또는 환원시키는 것을 통해 희토류 금속이 첨가된 형광체의 발광강도를 증가시키고 상대적으로 낮은 온도에서 보다 안정하게 환원된 형광체 및 이의 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a nitride-based phosphor which is synthesized at a relatively low temperature by reacting chloride-based phosphor and Si_3N_4 or Si_2ON_2, and an oxynitride-based phosphor or a nitride-based phosphor powder synthesized through a carbothermal reduction and nitration (CRN) method, and a method for manufacturing the same.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of YVO based phosphor powder is provided to manufacture YVO based phosphor powder with uniform particle distribution and small particle size in short time, thereby having excellent productivity and profitability. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of YVO based phosphor powder comprises: a step of impregnating metal salt solution including yttrium(Y) and vanadium(V) into polymer material; a step of calcinations by putting the impregnated material into a furnace heated to the temperature of 500-1000 °C; a step of sintering the product by heating the temperature of 1000-1300 °C; and a step of solution-treating the product by basic solution.
