본 발명은 완두돌출모자이크바이러스 검출용 PCR 프라이머쌍 및 이를 이용한 완두돌출모자이크바이러스 검출 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 서열번호 2 및 서열번호 5로 표시되는 프라이머쌍; 서열번호 2 및 서열번호 6으로 표시되는 프라이머쌍; 서열번호 3 및 서열번호 5로 표시되는 프라이머쌍 및 서열번호 3 및 서열번호 6으로 표시되는 프라이머쌍으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 완두돌출모자이크바이러스 검출용 PCR 프라이머쌍 및 이를 이용하여 RT-PCR 또는 RT-PCR 및 nested PCR의 결합 방법에 의하여 완두돌출모자이크바이러스 검출하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 PEMV를 시료, 특히 콩과 식물인 시료에서 특이적으로 검출할 수 있는 PCR 프라이머쌍, 이를 이용하는 PEMV 검출 방법 및 PEMV 검출용 키트를 제공한다. 이러한 본 발명의 PCR 프라이머쌍, 검출 방법 및 검출용 키트는 미지의 시료에서 PEMV의 존재여부를 빠르고, 간편하며, 정확하게 확인할 수 있으므로 산업 및 검역 현장 등에서 유용하게 사용할 수 있다. 완두돌출모자이크바이러스, RT-PCR, 콩과 식물, Nested PCR, 검역

PURPOSE: A PCR primer pair for detecting peanut clump virus(PCV) and a method for detecting PCV using the same are provided to quickly and accurately detect PCV from unknown sample. CONSTITUTION: A PCR primer pair for detecting peanut clump virus(PCV) comprises a forward primer selected from sequence numbers 1-10 and a reverse primer selected from sequence numbers 11 to 18. The PCR primer pair for detecting PCV comprises: a primer pair of sequence numbers 1 and 17, sequence numbers 4 and 14, sequence numbers 4 and 16, sequence numbers 5 and 13, sequence numbers 6 and 15, or sequence numbers 9 and 13. A method for detecting PCV from a sample comprises: a step of isolating RNA from the sample; a step of performing RT-PCR; and a step of separating PCR product by size.

PURPOSE: A PCR primer pair for detecting cowpea chlorotic mottle virus(CCMV) and a method for detecting CCMV using the same are provided to accurately and quickly confirm the presence of CCMV in unknown sample. CONSTITUTION: A PCR primer pair for detecting cowpea chlorotic mottle virus comprises a primer pair of sequence numbers 8 and 12, sequence numbers 5 and 15, sequence numbers 2 and 18, sequence numbers 1 and 20, sequence numbers 1 and 21, and sequence numbers 1 and 23. PURPOSE: A PCR test system for diagnosing potato spindle tuber viroid is provided to diagnose without non-specific reaction. CONSTITUTION: A primer for diagnosing potato spindle tuber viroid(PSTV) is a primer combination of sequence numbers 3 and 8, sequence numbers 3 and 9, sequence numbers 4 and 8, sequence numbers 4 and 9, sequence number 5 and 8, or sequence number 5 and 9. A method for diagnosing PSTV comprises: a step of isolating genome RNA of viroid sample; and a step of performing RT-PCR using the primer with the genome RNA as a template.

A primer set for diagnosing OYDV comprises a primer set of sequence numbers 1 and 2, primer set of sequence numbers 3 and 2, or primer set of sequence numbers 4 and 5. A method for OYDV-specific diagnosis comprises: a step of isolating total RNA from a garlic sample; a step of amplifying target sequence through RT-PCR using the primer set and RNA template; and a step of detecting the amplified product.
