Abstract: The present invention relates to a tube bundle-type steam generator for waste heat recovery, wherein the tube bundle-type steam generator comprises: a housing (20) inside which a flow space (21) in which a working fluid flows is formed; multiple tubes (30) installed inside the housing (20) and having a waste heat source flowing therein; and multiple partitions (40) installed inside the housing (20) at regular distances, having shapes corresponding to the entire cross sections of the housing (20), and having flow paths (42) formed at the lower side thereof and through which the working fluid flows. In a tube bundle-type steam generator for waste heat recovery according to the present invention, multiple partitions having shapes corresponding to the entire cross sections of a housing are installed inside the housing and a working fluid flows through flow paths formed at the lower sides of the respective partitions so that the working fluid can entirely exchange heat with multiple tubes installed inside the housing, and, as a result, a heat transfer performance can be improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for warming up engine oil with exhaust heat is provided to improve fuel efficiency by reducing a warm-up time as cooling water heated by exhaust heat warms up the engine oil. CONSTITUTION: A device for warming up engine oil with exhaust heat comprises a first heat exchanger(110) and a second heat exchanger(120). The first heat exchanger is supplied with cooling water, and discharge cooling water heated by exhaust heat. The first heat exchanger heats the cooling water in a cold coolant line(111) by the exhaust heat discharged from an engine block. The first heat exchanger discharges the cooling water heated by a hot coolant line(112). The second heat exchanger warms up the engine oil by the cooling water heated in the first heat exchanger.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A steering shaft using rheological fluid is provided to regulate the whole length using rheological fluid, thereby facilitating the manufacture and suppressing abrasion. CONSTITUTION: A steering shaft(200) using rheological fluid comprises a steering column(110) and a steering axis(120). The steering column is opened on one end and has a fluid filling groove(112) in which electro-rheological fluid is filled. The steering axis is inserted in the fluid filling groove of the steering column to absorb an impact. Electro-rheological fluid is solidified when applied with an electric field so that the steering column and the steering axis are connection. Abstract: PURPOSE: A measuring device for toque and axial force to fasten a fuel supply pipe to a common rail is provided to reduce the fastening time and to improve stability of fastening. CONSTITUTION: A measuring device for toque and axial force to fasten a fuel supply pipe to a common rail comprises a torque wrench(110), a pressing rod(120) and a load cell(130). The torque wrench joints a fuel supply pipe(C) in a boss formed on top of the common rail. The fuel supply pipe is screwed in the boss through a fixing cap(B) in which the fuel supply pipe passes through. The torque wrench measures the torque generating when screwing. The pressing rod leaded inside the common rail and is located on bottom of fuel supply pipe. The pressing rod slides downwards from the fuel supply pipe when the fuel supply pipe is screwed. The load cell is located bottom of the pressing rod. The load cell measures tension delivered through the pressing rod.
