본 발명은 에폭시기가 도입된 신규 항균물질에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 클로린을 포함한 시아누르산에 에폭시기를 도입함으로써 다이아민, 이미다졸, 무수산화물 등의 경화제를 이용하여 접착력, 지속성 및 기계적 물성 등을 향상시킬 수 있는 새로운 항균물질에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 항균물질은 수용성물질이므로 물에 녹여 딥 코팅이나 스핀 코팅, 솔루션 캐스팅이 가능해 코팅을 목적으로 하는 여러 분야에 응용될 수 있다. 에폭시기, 항균물질, 클로린, 시아누르산

고집적 반도체 소자의 미세회로패턴 형성 공정에 사용되며, 원자외선 영역의 광원을 이용한 리소그래피 공정에 적합한 실록산 단량체 및 이를 포함하는 포토레지스트용 중합체가 개시된다. 상기 포토레지스트용 중합체를 형성하기 위한 실록산 단량체는 하기 화학식으로 표시되며, 상기 포토레지스트용 중합체는 폴리메틸하이드로실록산 및 하기 실록산 단량체를 반응시켜 제조된다.
상기 화학식에서, R은 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 2 내지 8의 알킬기, 탄소수 5 또는 6의 사이클로알킬기, 또는 페닐기이며, n은 0 내지 5의 정수이다.

A polybenzimidazole-based polymer is provided to increase the solubility to an organic solvent, to reduce the crystallinity, and to ensure high hydrogen ion conductivity while maintaining the thermal stability by introducing an aryl group as a side chain. A polybenzimidazole-based polymer comprises a repeating unit indicated as the chemical formula 1, further a repeating unit indicated as the chemical formula 2 or 3. In the chemical formula 1, L is selected from -O-, -S(=O)2-, -C(=O)-, -C(=O)O-, -S-, -C(CH3)2- and -C(CF3)2-, and Ar is an aryl group.

An organic/inorganic composite elecrolyte membrane and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to ensure high hydrogen ion conductivity, mechanical strength and the safety of film by including 2,5-polybenzimidazole(ABPBI) and metal(IV) phosphate. An organic/inorganic composite elecrolyte membrane comprises 2,5-polybenzimidazole and metal phosphate represented by the chemical formula M(IV)(HPO4)2. The metal phosphate is dispersed in the matrix of 2,5-polybenzimidazole. A manufacturing method of the organic/inorganic composite elecrolyte membrane comprises (i) a step for preparing the composite solution of 2,5-polybenzimidazole-metal(IV) phosphate by dissolving 3,4-diamino benzoic acid in a polyphosphoric acid, adding and mixing metal(IV) salt or metal(IV) phosphate; and (ii) a step for manufacturing an electrolyte film by forming a film with the composite solution and processing it with a phosphoric acid.

A novel anti-bacterial compound is provided to improve adhesive strength, durability and mechanical properties by introducing an epoxy group and using a hardening agent, and enhance applicability to various fields for coating due to water-soluble property. Dichloro glycidyl isocyanuric acid having anti-bacterial effects, represented by the formula(1) is prepared by reacting dichloroisocyanuric acid represented by the formula(2) with epichlorohydrin represented by the formula(3) in water at 20-30 deg.C for 15-60 minutes. An antibiotic coating agent contains dichloro glycidyl isocyanuric acid represented by the formula(1).
