PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin composition is provided to have excellent transparency, thermal resistance, impact strength, and exterior appearance, and to prevent gas generation or decomposition. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin composition comprises 100.0 parts by weight of a basic resin including a polycarbonate resin; and 0.1-30 parts by weight of a polyphosphate copolymer represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, each of A and B is a single bond, C1-5 alkylene, a C1-5 alkylidene, a C5-6 cycloalkylidene, -S-, or -SO2; each of R5 and R6 is a substituted or unsubstituted C1-6 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-20 aryl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted C6-20 aryloxy group; each of R1, R2, R3, R4 is a substituted or unsubstituted C1-6 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3-6 cycloalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-12 aryl group, or halogen; each of and b is an integer from 0-4; and each of n and m is an integer from 1-500.

PURPOSE: Biphenyl polyphosphonate is provided to be able to show an excellent flame retardant property, heat resistance, impact strength, transparency and appearance by introducing biphenyl in the structure. CONSTITUTION: Biphenyl polyphosphonate is represented by Chemical formula 1, wherein R is hydrogen, substituted or non-substituted C1-5 alkyl, substituted or non-substituted C2-5 alkenyl, substituted or non-substituted C5-6 cycloalkyl, substituted or non-substituted C5-6 cycloalkenyl, substituted or non-substituted C6-20 aryl, or substituted or non-substituted C6-20 aryloxy, R1 and R2 are substituted or non-substituted C1-6 alkyl, substituted or non-substituted C5-6 cycloalkyl, substituted or non-substituted C6-12 aryl or halogen, respectively, a and b are an integer of 0-4, respectively, and n is an integer of 4-500.

In chemical formula 1, Z is C1-C5 linear or branched alkyl, C5-C6 cycloalkyl, or C6-C20 aryl, Y is hydrogen, C1-C5 linear or branched alkyl, C5-C6 cycloalkyl, or C6-C20 aryl, X is C1-C5 linear or branched alkylene, C5-C6 cycloalkylene, or C6-C20 arylene, Q is a functional group in chemical formula 1-a. PURPOSE: A novel phosphorus compound and a flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition containing the same are provided to enhance anti-hydrolysis property and thermal resistance. CONSTITUTION: A phosphorus compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. A method for preparing the phosphorus compound of chemical formula 1 comprises: a step of reacting phosphorus oxychloride and a compound of chemical formula 2; and a step of reacting a reactant with hydroquinone. A flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition contains 0.1-50 weight parts of the phosphorus compound and 100 weight part of thermoplastic resin. The thermoplastic resin is polycarbonate resin.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing bishydroxyarylsiloxane is provided to modify various resins and to enable tuning physical property of siloxane-polymer copolymers. CONSTITUTION: A bishydroxyarylsiloxane is denoted by chemical formula 1. A method for preparing bishydroxyarylsiloxane of chemical formula 1 comprises a step of reacting hydride-terminated siloxane with phenol derivatives of chemical formula 3 to synthesize monohyroxysiloxane of chemical formula 4; and a step of reacting the monohydroxysiloxane with diene. The copolymer contains bishydroxyarylsiloxane and monomers.

PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin composition, a plastic molded article produced therefrom, and a method for preparing a polymerizable phosphorus-based compound are provided to ensure excellent flame retardancy, impact resistance, heat resistance, and fluidity. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin composition comprises: 100 wt % of a base resin including 30 to 100 wt % of a polycarbonate-based resin; and 0.1 to 40 wt % of a polymerizable phosphorus-based compound represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, A is a single bond, C1-C5 alkylene, C1-C5 alkylidene, C5-C6 cycloalkylidene, -S- or -SO2-; R is C1-C20 aryl; and n is an integer of 4 - 500. The base resin comprises 30~100 weight% of a polycarbonate resin and 0~70 weight% of a rubber-modified aromatic vinyl polymer.
